Laura Mills Personal Training
Laura is a qualified personal trainer with a passion for fitness and exercise. After years of permanent dieting (!) she discovered how regular exercise and healthy eating could help her achieve the body she always wanted. Laura decided to train as a personal trainer so she could help others enjoy the benefits of exercise and healthy eating. Laura has worked successfully with a range of clients, all with different goals, both female and male aged 19 to 65!
Services
This one hour session will help you decide if you want to begin training with Laura and identify the best package for you. If you already exercise regularly and just want some advice to help reach your goals or vary your programmes then this is the package for you. After consultation Laura will design a personalised weekly timetable of exercise based on your goals and time available.
I had just had my second baby and I was 3 stone heavier than what I wanted to be. I had a holiday that I wanted to look good for and 5 months to lose the weight and tone up. Laura helped me tremendously. Tailoring my training programme to what I wanted to achieve, my weight gradually fell off. She encouraged me when I didn't feel like training and listened to my moaning!
