A little bit about me. I'm Lisa, a qualified fitness instructor, advanced clinical weight loss practitioner and personal trainer, established since 2001. My love for fitness came from 10 years of competitive training as a gymnast in my formative years. I now teach a variety of exercise fitness and mind, body classes in Stamford & Gosberton including Pilates, Legs bBums & Tums, Hatha yoga and my own blend, Entwine Yoga & Pilates.
Each class offers many different benefits giving you the opportunity to improve your strength, endurance, co-ordination, flexibility, health, wellbeing and much more, whilst having fun and making new friends. All levels of fitness are catered for from the less than healthy to the ultra fit and no matter what age you are I can help you become fitter and healthier.

The classes are Yoga, Pilates and Entwine a blend of the two, all offering benefits that will help improve your strength, flexibility, health and fitness. Everyone welcome, your current fitness level isn't a barrier as I will guide you through the exercises offering options for an achievable session.
Depending on the type of one to one sessions your are looking for, I am ready to help. That help could be to challenge you, motivate you and encourage you to become the person you want to be, losing weight and changing shape! It could be that you need instruction on how to strengthen your core and want to explore Pilates, or it may be to try yoga and experience it's benefits.
Recent Pilates Back Care Course feedback. Lisa's classes are completely energising, educational and addictive. They always have a sense of progression and personalisation that makes you feel you are getting a one to one session. I attend Yoga and Pilates and no two sessions are the same which holds my interest.
