Highly recommend David Marshall PT. He gets the balance right of encouragement, motivation, listening and adapting, which results in you achieving things beyond your expectations. He makes you want to be better for yourself and your family and focusses on goals important to you as an individual, they are your objectives not his. And who knew you could have a laugh will looking like a sweaty beetroot!

I have been having David as a personal trainer for a number of years now and I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
David is always friendly, tuned into his clients needs whilst making each session different and fun. He pushes me to my limits yet it's never too much.
He works very hard with me, not only with my exercise but also gives help and advice with my food, nutrition and general well being. I never knew exercise could be so much fun and this is down to David's planning and hard work.
I have already recommended David to a number of my friends and I will continue to do so! I'm looking

I think I might be one of David's biggest challenges (my body doesn't exactly respond in the way David or I might expect) but he's never given up on me and so I've not ever given up on him. He's great at pushing you to achieve more but not to the point of breaking... Don't get me wrong; I've threatened to punch him in the face before, but normally after what feels like my 100th burpee. He takes it well!
David is like my best friend and my Mr. Motivator all in one.
Wouldn't have got as far as I have without him and couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I started training with David almost 6 years ago as a result of health issues, not only did he get me back to the gym, something I was told would have its limitations, he has motivated and inspired me to do more than I ever have before. A truly dedicated and knowledgable PT who get results and allows you to achieve your goals.
