Meadowdale Primary School
Meadowdale Primary School is a friendly place which celebrates a caring ethos, where everyone is treated with respect and people's positive contributions are valued. At Meadowdale we strive to provide excellent, innovative and exciting learning experiences which enable our children to become well-rounded members of society: healthy, strong, resilient individuals with a "can do" attitude.

Learning is reinforced through trips and visits, theme days and weeks and special assemblies to foster a love of learning that continues beyond school. We have a strong record in sport, including swimming, football, basketball, netball and athletics. Many of these are offered as after school clubs open to all children as well as in PE lessons.

Meadowdale Primary School is a thriving and popular community school serving the eastern side of Market Harborough. Our catchment area is bounded by Rockingham Road, Gores Lane and Kettering Road but we also welcome applicattions from outside this area.

Children normally start school in the year in which they turn five but mid-year applications from children moving to the area or from other schools will also be welcome if we have space available to accommodate them.We have one Foundation Stage intake, in September. Parents and carers need to apply for a place at our school via the local authority by mid-January and places are confirmed in April.
At Meadowdale our mission is to create a positive learning environment where everyone is valued, supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential in all areas of their lives. Our PSHE programme teaches children to listen carefully and show concern for each other, respecting the right of every individual to have their opinions and voices heard.
