Mycore Pilates is a partnership between Sarah Hilton and local businessman Jonathan Barton. An experienced and highly regarded Pilates teacher since 2005, Sarah has taught classes and individuals across Hitchin and surrounds. Together, they believe that everyone can benefit from Pilates and experience the joy of movement that it brings.
We believe the key to a successful studio is great teachers and we feel we are very blessed to have some of the best. Our teachers are mostly qualified with BODY CONTROL PILATES, Europe's largest professional Pilates training organisation, or hold equivalent internationally recognised qualifications.

Services
We offer a number of different payment options based on your varying skill level and how many classes you'd like to attend each week. For those new to Pilates or new to Mycore, try us out with these fantastic, no commitment intro packages. Classes must be used in an 8 week period. Perfect for anyone requiring more individual attention, as your class will be tailored to your individual needs and goals.

My Pilates class on a Tuesday evening is the 1 hour a week that is just for me. Every week I strive to stretch a little further or hold that position a little longer and it’s never a breeze but I always come out feeling stronger and calmer and I always feel like I’ve achieved something worthwhile for myself.

Love this studio and always look forward to my matwork and reformer classes each week. Sarah is an excellent teacher, even though they're group classes she takes the time to help with each person's technique and tailors some exercises to an individual if they're new to pilates or have an injury. Would highly recommend.
