At every level we employ progressive teaching where the demanding workouts take you one step further than other Pilates classes. We teach you to engage the correct muscles for each exercise, increasing your body awareness and technique. This prevents you from mimicking Pilates exercises and allows you to develop your body and gain a true understanding of what Pilates is.
The Beginners Course is excellent for maintaining joints, a healthy body, good posture and developing a good understanding of the basic Pilates principles. It is also suitable for those looking to improve mobility or wanting help to manage discomfort and pain. The Intermediate Course helps you develop core muscles, flexibility and stamina.

Services
Pilates is a body-conditioning method that works in a different way to other fitness techniques. Targeting the deep postural (core) muscles, it works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It helps to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner and more toned.
I can't thank Shash enough for the encouragement and knowledge. I had slipped disc in 2013, two lots of physio, and lots of pain. Then after having Kohan my tummy muscle's split and I had to have physio again. I was worried I wouldn't be able to do normal things with the kids again. Pilates has strengthened my weak core to the point that my back pain has honestly left the building.

I've been attending Shashin's pilates classes twice a week for about 18 months and absolutely love it! He is keen to ensure that your technique is 100% correct, keeping class numbers low so he can give everyone his attention. I have learned so much and feel much stronger, more upright and leaner as a result. Would highly recommend to both beginners and more advanced students.

This is a fantastic class. Shashin is incredibly knowledgable and shares his knowledge in the course of teaching so that our understanding of how our own bodies work is developed. All abilities and difficulties are allowed for and worked with SAFELY in the correct-sized classes, in the true Pilates style. Highly recommended.
