Established in 2002, we offer the very best in Pilates, yoga and holistic fitness, with over 20 classes a week to choose from. Our beautiful studio in Cefn-Y-Bedd, Wrexham is fully equipped with a wide assortment of specialist small equipment, as well as a full compliment of Pilates large equipment. In Chester, we run a comprehensive timetable of classes from the studio within Beehive Healthcare, and we offer Pilates matwork classes at Gresford Memorial Hall, Gresford.
Services
The Pilates Reformer is probably the most well-known piece of Pilates apparatus. It was originally named for "universally reforming the body, " and can accommodate all levels of Pilates practitioner with its unique pulley design, gliding carriage and spring tension system that creates instability while simultaneously supporting the body.
If you have no previous Pilates experience, you must complete a Pilates Introductory Programme prior to attending a timetabled class. Please note: all classes must be pre-booked/cancelled on our mobiles. Reformer Pilates - springs and pulleys on the reformer will tone and strengthen unlike any matwork class.
Group classes are not for everyone. Some people prefer, or need 1-2-1 sessions. Our specialist studio is fully equipped with a wide and varied range of small equipment as well as a full compliment of large studio equipment, such as the Pilates Reformer, Wundachair, Spine Correctors and Pilates Springboard.
Whether you want to learn more, relax or simply socialise with friends and like minded people, our workshops and retreats can add extra depth and understanding to your practice. Spending extended time in practice is the perfect way to unwind and remove yourself from everyday stresses.

Our specialist studio is fully stocked with a huge variety of small and large studio equipment, offering you the very best possible Pilates experience. Check out the timetables for details of classes. You do not need to be a member to attend classes at any of our venues, but if you are a frequent practitioner, that is the most cost effective way to attend.

Helen and Russ are experienced and knowledgable instructors that go out of their way to meet the individual needs of their clients. All lessons are differentiated so all taking part are included. The kindness they have shown to me over the past 3 years makes me feel I am a friend and not just a client, a view shared by many I am sure. Our classes are often filled with laughter, and everyone always going home feeling lifted and certainly much better than before they went in.

We attended the restorative yoga session last night. It was fabulous. Perfect setting with the wonderful relaxing scent of frankincense the moment we arrived. The session was perfect and an ideal way to relax, unwind and re charge in what has become such a hectic world. We came away in a positive emotional and physical state. I have had trouble… with my sleep pattern for years, unable to sleep for more than three or four hours without waking. Last night after the session I had THE best sleep I've had for years and slept through for seven hours STRAIGHT! Highly recommend and we will definitely

Thoroughly enjoyed the life affirming pilates class on Saturday last. Helen's expertise to empower the individual partaking in the class to get the most out of the session is very refreshing; not only does she fully demonstrate the moves, she shares her extremely sound knowledge of physiology and how each move benefits the body with the class. Loved it!
