I am a level 3 certified advanced Pilates teacher and training for the new level 4 certification with Drummond education.

Amanda has been in the fitness industry for twenty four years her first qualification was completing her ETM (exercise to music) in 1996 and in 1999 completed her gym training from there the training just grew & grew looking back this was just the start to all Amanda's continual training to date 2020 and she is still hard at it!

Pilates clothing does not need to be expensive, as long as you feel comfortable & can move then that is the main thing.
It has been exactly 18 months since I first dared venture into my first Pilates class at your studios in Hoylake. As one of the very few males and with two very punchy ladies to be taught by, I soon learned to keep quiet, relax and breathe better during your classes. As someone who at the age of 45 had had 2 back operations, two shoulder operations, a false hip and a hernia, I was more than aware that I needed to start doing things differently!

I’ve been enjoying Amanda’s classes at Bodycore Pilates for many years. Amanda is so knowledgable, and makes her classes varied and great fun. In March, when lockdown was introduced, Amanda moved her classes online, she did this straight away, I don’t know how she managed it so quickly. To say this was a life saver sounds dramatic, but at such a… scary time, to have Amanda’s classes to look forward to, truly was a slice of normality. Now back in the studio, Amanda is now offering both Covid safe, in person classes and online , which is brilliant, with the changing

Have been going to Amanda at Bodycore Pilates for years. She really knows her stuff and has got me through some tough times. Always available for individual advice and always checks on your health status before any lessons. Being clinically vulnerable, Amanda doing the Pilates classes online since March has been a real plus for me. I’m not great at… catching them live (except 9.30 am Mondays!) but I love catching up with them at a time to suit me. I know she’s always there for advice on the phone or by message so this will keep me going until next year. Can’t recommend

I have been attending Amanda’s classes for many years, including through two pregnancies. Amanda is an exceptional instructor - so knowledgeable and she gets to know her client’s strengths and weaknesses so she can tailor advice to individuals. She’s also such a lovely, friendly person and I always leave her classes with a smile. I have always loved the classes but the way Amanda has adapted to online classes throughout the pandemic has genuinely kept me sane! I would 100% recommend Bodycore Pilates Wirral!

I've been attending Amanda's classes for over 11 years now. I am much stronger than I was, despite being older! Amanda knows her stuff, and yet she is always on the quest for new knowledge about the body, and always passes what she has learned on to her students. She has also been a God-send during this pandemic - keeping all her members supplied with online classes when we couldn't get to the studio. Please ask about beginner's classes - you won't regret it!

I started Pilates classes about 18 months ago and feel I have improved so much. Classes are varied and enjoyable both online and in the studio. Amanda is so knowledgeable and experienced that she corrects your position even online when she can’t see you! Throughout this difficult year the classes have helped me to stay well in both body and mind! I recommend Pilates for everyone and you couldn’t have a better teacher than Amanda! 😃

Never dull, always varied, Amanda's classes are fab. I'm a regular for 10 years now and Amanda's teaching keeps my middle aged wear and tear at bay as much as possible. Pilates has made a huge difference for me and I'd recommend it for anyone with back or other joint problems or just general wellbeing. Amanda's thirst for developing her knowledge and expertise is really impressive - pilates geek level 10. She's also quite funny - sometimes😄

I have been going to Amanda’s classes at Bodycore Pilates since 2013 and was at first sceptical about what Pilates could do. It didn’t take me long to realise that what Amanda teaches you incorporates into your daily life I.e posture, ways of walking, 60/40 and managing breathing techniques. Also she helps you to focus and visualise each move to help you carry it out correctly. I always recommend her to friends and can’t speak highly enough of her teaching. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I would highly recommend Amanda and Body Core Pilates. I have been going for to her for well over 8 years.
She is very knowledgeable and thorough and helps adapt her sessions around your needs.
She varies the classes to to concentrate on different parts of the body.
Amanda offers both on line classes and some in person classes.
