Excellent care from FMC - very responsive to the health problems raised for the children and adults in my family. You are doing a superb job, at a very difficult time! Thank you!

A great practice and professional staff. Seen some reviews talking about being “refused an appointment “, or “the operator hung up”. From my experience I would imagine this can only have been a technical problem with their phone system or people demanding an appointment where it is not necessary. I have also overheard people being rude to the reception staff and making ridiculous demands. There is no excuse for this. If people want their petulance to be rewarded, they should go private and pay to have their egos to be massaged.

Very stress full phone call with some one in reception again, when attempting to book appointment. Consider the staff to be totally unprofessional and once again nearly reducing me to tears.
I’m sure they would be more suited in other job like parking enforcement officer.

Two stars because wading through the preamble when you call on the phone is unnecessarily time wasting. As I wanted a telephone appointment I had no option but to call as such appointments can not be made online. Once you do get through the preamble the response is usually reasonably rapid. However, you can't book telephone appointments until the day you want the appointment, so you have to submit yourself to the entire annoying process again. If I can't get an appointment the next time I call I fear I will blow a fuse!
On the plus side the medical care has always been good and would warrant 4

Kind, sympathetic staff over the phone despite the current work intensity for them, helpful administrators and kind, patient doctors. I feel bad for being a total scatterbrain at the moment but everyone there has been immensely helpful. Really grateful to have them so near.

I have been attending these doctors my whole life and never have I spoken to such an ignorant rude receptionist! I was told by a doctor to ring up today specifically to converse how I'm getting on with new medication. You would have thought the receptionist was a doctor the way she was trying to tell me to it was not urgent and to call back another day. It's really wound me up, do your job you are a receptionist not a doctor of any sort. In the end a doctor is calling me today but what an awfully rude lady who I think is in the wrong occupation with the attitude she carried this morning.

Consistently poor experience at this practice, spanning years unfortunately. I don’t think they even care about the service they deliver. Just look at all the negative feedback.... How much does there have to be before action is taken? Interestingly, there used to be many more negative feedback comments on Google about this practice when I looked a couple of years ago after my last bad experience there .... where have all those negative feedback comments disappeared to?

My wife and I attended the flu vaccination clinic today and were so impressed by the efficiency of the operation. It was truly outstanding. From the marshalls in the car park, the attendant in the foyer to the doctors and nurse practitioners administering the injection, the whole process ran like clockwork. From joining a line of 40 to 50 people to leaving the clinic after the vaccination was no more than 15 minutes. Well done to all the staff at Fleet Medical Centre. You were fantastic.

I’ve been a patient here for 19 years and can honestly say the receptionists are all rude , horrible and have on numerous occasions made me cry with their lack of care towards my health. They have hung up on me when I’ve asked for an appointment with my doctor. I don’t know why they even turn up to work when they all seem to not want to be there. I have been through every doctor as none of them believed me when I described my pain to them and eventually ended up with a nice lady although I have no idea what her name is.
