They have deleted me from the system just without asking me. When I call for an appointment they’ve told they I am not registered with them anymore however I was very surprised because I never left.

The online service is very easy to use. I have to consult my gp every 2/3 weeks and it’s super easy to reach them to message for questions, schedule apts/phone consultations. I usually get responses within the day and don’t have to chase up. Quick & easy, convenient, in & out.

I started at Skimped Hill 20 years ago after becoming disatisfied with my old GP. They have now merged into Forest Health. I find that i can actually get appointments more easily as there are different surgeries. You need a car though in Bracknell as the surgeries are spread out. I have always managed to get an appointment when I need one and the GPs are all great. Practice nurses and health care assistants do the other stuff. They have a physio too which is really handy as previously i had to be referred to Heatherwood.

Worst management, we registered 1 month back, today when we wanted appointment for child they updated that he is not registered. We have the registration number also but still they removed the records of my child without asking us. Again today I have taken a new form to register and go through the entire procedure when my child is suffering from fever,cold etc.

I am a doctor at Forest Health Group. Personally, I specialise in Minor Surgery, Joint Injections and Vasectomy. We have made so many changes at the surgery recently. We merged with Boundary House and installed a new telephone system and now patients are reporting they are actually able to get through. We also paid a lot of money for a new mobile friendly website where you can send us messages securely and we can act on them. We are now have a physiotherapist and a pharmacist at the practice to free more doctors appointments for simple medication requests and keep patients safer. We also have implemented

I’ve been a patient here (both sites) since I can remember. Yes it’s not perfect but I think it’s been criticised way too much. Angela the receptionist has been nothing but helpful and attentive
