You can only use this service if you have received a letter inviting you to book your vaccination appointments. If you think you should be eligible for the vaccine you can call the helpline on 119. If you already have access/ login details for patient online services, for example "Patient Access", you may use this.

This must be at least 5 days after you've completed your course of the vaccine. The letter may to take another 5 days to reach you, or more if postal services are affected. Please take account of this when making your plans. Please note when updating your Clinical Record we can not accept change of address via this website.

The Telephones at Burnham Health Centre are open from 08:00 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday. In line with directives from the current government, Burnham Health Centre closes on one afternoon a month to allow the opportunity for practice staff to address their own learning and professional development needs.
Registered for child development, minor surgery, Antenatal and family planning, Diabetic Clinics and special interest in Cardiology. Specialises in care of the elderly and is the main liaison between Burnham Health Centre and the local care homes. All nurses are available for consultation by appointment.
Slough Carers Support are able to provide support if you care for someone who is ill, frail or disabled. All carers are welcome to attend the Burnham Carers' Support Group which is run jointly by Carers Bucks and Burnham Health Promotion Trust. The group meets on the last Friday of the month between 12 and 2pm at Burnham Youth Centre, Minniecroft Road, Burnham, SL1 7DE (Next to the Health Centre).
It is important to make this initial telephone appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel - as a second appointment will be required with the practice nurse at the surgery to actually receive the vaccinations. These vaccines have to be ordered as many of them are not a stock vaccines.
Here's a checklist of the vaccines that are routinely offered to everyone in the UK for free on the NHS, and the age at which you should ideally have them. Having an ill child can be a very scary experience for parents. If you understand more about the illness it can help you to feel more in control.

Having moved to this surgery a year ago I am absolutely appalled with the whole operation. Phone for an appointment- put in a queue- if you are number 25 in the queue you are cut off! If you are number 24 then hold for at least 30 minutes only to be told there are no appointments left. In this day and age for a surgery to close for "lunch" is just ridiculous. How many businesses do this? Why not take advantage of the online doctor service Livi which my previous surgery used to use. At least then you could contact them at any time and get the help you need. This surgery needs a radical overhaul

Never had to book a doctor's appointment here until today. Called at 7.59.55 it was closed as expected. Tried 10 secs later it was 08.00.05, got through the first message to then get a second message "your call will be disconnected due to high call volumes". It's been like that for 15 minutes as I write this. Pretty much a joke of a system, as echoed by others below. How are you meant to get an emergency doctor's appointment on the day here, if you can't attend the surgery or get through on the phone! And they wonder why a&e centres get clogged up.

Only issue is that it hard to get an appointment otherwise staff are very helpful and the place is clean and very well managed.

Have always experienced very good care from the doctors at Burnham Health Centre. All staff I have dealt with have been helpful and approachable. Receptionists have also been very helpful to me. I was also really impressed with the absolutely excellent and safe organisation of the covid vaccinations earlier in the year too.

This morning I waited on hold from 8:00am to 8:25am to make an appointment, only to be told "Oh no, all the appointments were gone by 8:10". So why on Earth do they let people stay on hold when they know the only people calling at that time, are calling to make appointments?! I wish this was a one-off but sadly, this is a typical experience. Come on BHC, up your game, there's got to be a better way.

The Doctors at this practice are fantastic. Went online to book a slot on patient access, recieved a call from Dr Clarke at 8.45am. Then attended an appointment at the practice 30 minutes later.
Cannot ask for a better service. Excuse the pun! I would recommend this practice, the doctors are so knowledgeable and considerate.

It's all but impossible to get through on the phone. I've tried to get through at different times of the day and for different reasons but the result is always the same. It takes ages to get through and I don't think I've ever managed to achieve whatever I was after.
I'm afraid the only conclusion one can draw is that the telephone 'system' is designed to make sure that we, the public, their customers, can never cause them any inconvenience by actually requesting anything.
