Our practice is situated on the third floor of the purpose-built Feltham Centre for Health, completed in 2006. The health centre provides an elegant and warm environment and houses five surgeries along with district nurses, a health visitor, a podiatrist, physiotherapists and midwives (baby clinic).

A BBC investigation finds children in England are facing long waits in pandemic to access services. The positive trial results could pave the way for vaccinating children younger than 12, if approved. It is part of the drive to get more people protected ahead of winter as the pandemic continues. Services
The baby clinics are run by Dr J Kumaran for child developmental checks and immunisations and allow an opportunity to discuss other problems, eg sleeping, feeding and child health worries, with a doctor. Seen in normal surgery hours. Diabetic clinic by Dr V E Kumaran on Wednesdays 11.00 until 12.00 and during normal surgey hours also.
The Surgery prides itself in maintaining professional standards. For certain examinations during consultations an impartial observer (a "Chaperone") can be requested. This impartial observer will be a practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant who is familiar with the procedure and be available to reassure and raise any concerns on your behalf.
We take looking after your medical records seriously, from data about your appointments to information related to a sensitive diagnosis. The practice complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 and is GDPR compliant. Our staff are fully trained to understand their legal and professional duty of confidence to you and your information is held securely.
Where it is clinically appropriate and practical to register, we now accept new registrations from patients who work in the local area but reside outside of our registration area. Patients registered this way would not be entitled to home visit from the practice, however they will be able to contact NHS 111 in order to be seen by a practice closer to where they live.
The National Health Service provides most health care to most people free of charge, but there are exceptions: prescription charges have existed since 1951 and there are a number of other services for which fees are charged. Sometimes the charge is because the service is not covered by the NHS, for example, providing copies of health records or producing medical reports for insurance companies, solicitors or employers.

Mrs Kumeran is a lovely, caring, warm doctor who is always looking to help you through your issues positively.
Mr Kumeran, however, dismisses every single thing you say... he is shaking his head at you - even as you walk in the door, *BEFORE* he's even heard what you have to say
I am in agony, but rather than give me painkillers... he just told me to go to to A&E
His "bedside manner" is terrible
I have never visited MISTER Kumeran and come away with help - only ever a debunking of everything you have to say, and finding the quickest way to get you out of the door

This is the worst GP surgery I have ever been with. They are not interested in listening to any problems you may have and most of the time they are the one who talk then switch off the phone. No concern or care about any problems you may have. Very bad experience and I will definitely change my GP. We are both tax payer and This surgery do not deserve tax payers money.

The doctors and receptionists both should not be allowed anywhere near medical setting. Rude and useless. Avoid at all cost if you value your time and health.

Both doctors who run this GP are not only very good specialists, but also very attentive and caring by making and following their patients specific referrals. My family and I have received excellent primary care here for over a decade and have appreciated their hard work and commitment.

There’s 1 specific old lady who’s very rude at the reception. If you’re not happy with your job darling just leave you’re making everyone’s phone experience horrible. Kindness doesn’t cost a penny. I don’t think she likes communication she definitely got the wrong job.

Receptionist needs firing. Literally doesn't even say hello or goodbye, sighs down the phone all the time as if you are asking for one of her limbs and not a telephone appointment to find out blood test results. Told I need to make an appointment to talk to the doctor but that I have to call at 8.30 when they open the next day. The results have been sitting with QPMP all week and no one has called me to tell me. Admin team are awful, doctors and nurses very helpful.

Would give no stars if I was able to. Poor patient care, does not listen to the parent either. Poor customer service from one of the receptionists when asking whether it was the male or female doctor. The male doctor doesn’t listen and doesn’t care (telling me to go the A&E when my condition could be treated in primary care) the female doctor also doesn’t listen to my concerns and fobs you off.
Do not go to this practice.
