Services
NHS 111 is a service that's been introduced to make it easier for you to access local NHS healthcare services in England. You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency. NHS 111 is a fast and easy way to get the right help, whatever the time. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
These GP Access Centres provide additional clinical times, during a period when there are considerable pressures on your GP practice. This service enables patients to receive timely access to primary care services in in their locality, but not necessarily at their usual GP practice.

These Access Centres enable GP practices to direct patients to a local practice that is open during evenings and weekends, in order to achieve 08:00 - 20:00 access to primary care.
Whatever the time of day, if you or someone else experiences the symptoms below and you feel it is serious and could be life threatening, so cannot wait, go to the nearest Accident and Emergency (A&E) Department or call 999. The nearest A&E department is at Ealing Hospital, however you can also use the NHS Choices search tool, to find the nearest A&E to you.
We do understand that sometimes you may forget your appointment, or that other important life incidents happen and that you sometimes no longer need the appointment. We do ask that if you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel it or notify the practice why you did not attend at your earliest convenience.
It is clinically better for you to be seen at the surgery where we have better facilities, diagnostic aids and lighting to assess you. We work closely with Ealing Community Transport to bring patients to the surgery where possible. If you need a home visit please contact the surgery as early as possible in the morning, before 10:00, and give one of our receptionists details.

In these difficult times for the NHS, I have been impressed more than once how quickly and efficiently they have responded to enquiries. Could not ask for more!

Thank you, nurse David, for my daughter's blood test today. You are so professional and warm. You made sure my daughter left that surgery happy and with a smile on her face. She couldn't stop saying - why didn't I feel the injection? Thank you!

Good morning,
I hope this finds the team well.
I couldn’t find a different way to send this on the website so have emailed - please do pass this along to Harvy.
This morning I had a really wonderful experience when contacting the surgery. I was able to get through after only a few moments. When I did - I spoke with a lovely and extremely helpful person - Harvy. She was so kind and supportive regarding my administrative query and went out of her way to ensure that I was able to access the correct document I needed. She also gave me a time frame within which I should expect the rest of the documents

Appalling Surgery Reception! Rude, Unprofessional, Not Caring For Your Time Or Health!
I’ve been trying to get my 4y.o. son’s blood test results for 7 days now, in vain, as Receptionists (Sangita, Neehah (?), Janet, Pam) keep giving conflicting information.
Last Monday I called Corfton Road Surgery to get my sons results and was told they would be immediately available on the Corfton Road Surgery App. The Receptionist texted me username and code for the app, but the results were not there.
I called 20 mins later and was told by yet another Receptionist that I should email the Surgery requesting

I sent an email to the surgery as advised by the receptionist/administrative that answered the phone. I did call twice in the morning to let them know that I had been advised to have my blood test check today urgently since I have been inhaling gas in my house due to a faulty boiler.
When I explained this, the person on the phone said that she did have appointments in the afternoon and I would have to either fill-up the form online or send an email. I proceeded straight away due to the urgency. I called again at 14:30 and when I explained the situation to her, she told me that I had spoken with

Worst GP I have ever used. It's almost impossible to get a chance to see a doctor and no matter what happens stay away from the receptionist Sangita Patel. Horrible person and should never be working there

Virtually impossible to get an appointment. You have to fill in an online consult in the morning, which sounds like a great idea but does not work in practice. You fill in the consult, and if you have any symptoms that are worse than mild they just tell you to call the practice, you call the practice and then they say you have to fill in the form again with different symptoms. Then when you finally submit an acceptable list of symptoms you get a call at a random time of the day from the doctor, if you miss that call for whatever reason you go back to square one and they tell you you have to fill

I am not sure where all the good reviews are coming from! This is the worst surgery I have been with. They take forever to respond! I was wrongly diagnosed and prescribed the wrong medication for 6 months. When I raised this with the surgery and the relevant department, they said they can't do anything about it and told me "feel free to change the surgery". Very unprofessional.

Really good practice. The receptionists are always helpful and the doctors I've interacted to have always listened to my concerns and advised me appropriately.
I registered there during the pandemic and it was made very easy by the online service and the up-to-date information on their website.
