Services
NHS 111 is a service that's been introduced to make it easier for you to access local NHS healthcare services in England. You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency. NHS 111 is a fast and easy way to get the right help, whatever the time. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
These GP Access Centres provide additional clinical times, during a period when there are considerable pressures on your GP practice. This service enables patients to receive timely access to primary care services in in their locality, but not necessarily at their usual GP practice.
These Access Centres enable GP practices to direct patients to a local practice that is open during evenings and weekends, in order to achieve 08:00 - 20:00 access to primary care.Advice: Search for your nearest community pharmacist.

Whatever the time of day, if you or someone else experiences the symptoms below and you feel it is serious and could be life threatening, so cannot wait, go to the nearest Accident and Emergency (A&E) Department or call 999. The nearest A&E department is at Ealing Hospital, however you can also use the NHS Choices search tool, to find the nearest A&E to you.
We do understand that sometimes you may forget your appointment, or that other important life incidents happen and that you sometimes no longer need the appointment. We do ask that if you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel it or notify the practice why you did not attend at your earliest convenience.
It is clinically better for you to be seen at the surgery where we have better facilities, diagnostic aids and lighting to assess you. We work closely with Ealing Community Transport to bring patients to the surgery where possible. If you need a home visit please contact the surgery as early as possible in the morning, before 10:00, and give one of our receptionists details.

I joined the surgery last week and have been impressed with my experience thus far. The nurse I saw, Melanie, was friendly, professional and caring and took the time to really listen to me and allay my nerves during our appointment. It made such a difference. Today, I had a phone consultation with a pharmacist to review my medication and again, I really felt cared for and listened to. Thank you Anisah and Melanie, I’m grateful to have been treated by you both.

I would like to thank all the staff of this practice as we have been registered here for over 3 years now and we always received excellent support. The staff is very friendly and kind and are always willing to help. It is a pleasure to be with this GP as my mother is a recovering sepsis survivor and her health condition has improved significantly due to the help of all the nurses and doctors. I would like to personally thank you for helping my mother and taking care of my own health as well for which I am truly grateful. I am looking forward for a prosperous future of this practice.

Totally disgraceful encounter with this practice on the phone. Having just moved to this area I promptly registered with the GP and completed all relevant documents as I have newborns between their 8 and 12 week immunisations. I had to chase 4 times on the phone to get registered. When finally registered the receptionist could only offer me an appointment 3 weeks down the line, when I asked for someone clinical to review as this would delay their immunisations he offered me the same date for a telephone clinic appointment! The receptionist then accused me of being innapropriate on the phone...

I’m a new patient to this surgery and I am not having a great experience already…
Despite the initial difficulties to get the NHS app to link to my Airmid app records, after a couple of calls the receptionists have been able to fix this and I have eventually managed to book my first appointment for the 12th November.
The time slot shown on the Airmid app was 09:30-09:40. Nobody called me during that time so I called the surgery to confirm I was booked and that someone was going to call me. The receptionist has kindly explained to me that the actual slot was from 09:30-12:30 although it is

Extremally poor response time - I've been trying to get myself registered for almost one month. The admin team seem not to understand how to read basic files. The information on their website does not relate to how things really work. Careless attitude of the staff. Passive aggressive comments over the phone. Already reported to NHS.

I've always been happy with the service I received here and I felt like the GP's do care. However, I feel quite let down by them because I'm being treated for a serious illness and I recently moved to an address outside the GP's catchment area. I asked them a couple of months in advance if I could stay registered with them while I finished treatment and told them where I was moving to and they said that was absolutely fine. When I got back in touch to tell them that I'd moved I then received a letter telling me I will be deregistered after a month! It's very frustrating because I now need to sort

Wonderful surgery - I have been with this practice since I was a baby, I bring my children here and my parents are also patients here. Both doctors are knowledgeable, professional and caring and I have always felt listened to. Because it is a small practice there is the chance to get to know the team and to have that personal touch is increasingly rare these days. Thank you for continuing to care and keep up the good work.

Great GP surgery.
Sometimes it is a bit of a back and forth with the receptionist to get an appointment etc however my previous experiences with other surgeries have been terrible - I think generally they just have to follow a protocol. Once talking to the various GPs I have always found them to be very thorough on phone calls and in person.
Overall for me a good surgery!
