We are a friendly and dedicated team whose aim is to look after your health needs and the health needs of others living in the Aldershot area. Our surgery is located on Blackwater Way and was purpose built for us. We have a large car park for our patients to use whilst visiting us. Our team is made up of 5 Doctors, 3 Nurses, 1 Phlebotomist and 13 additional non-clinical staff all focused on caring for you.

Between us we look after 9,000 patients in the Aldershot area. We aim to provide a high standard of personal care for our patients and a comprehensive range of medical services. Services
Ms Sarah Smith manages the Practice to ensure the best and most efficient environment possible for patients and staff alike, whilst making sure that the business runs well and in accordance with business and Healthcare guidelines. Practice Nurses - We have three Practice Nurses who hold morning and afternoon surgeries Monday to Friday.
Our Doctors hold surgeries daily Monday to Friday with a selection of evening and Saturday surgeries. You can book appointments with any of our Doctors on-line using the link on our home page or by calling the surgery. We also have telephone appointments available daily with GPs. Please provide a contact number as the clinician will only call once, usually after morning surgery but before 12 noon.
Pre-bookable appointments are available with Sue Angus (Practice Nurse) for asthmatic patients of any age. Please contact reception to make an appointment. This service is provided weekly by Dr Lawrence. Patients are referred by other GP surgeries in the area to the service for 24 hour ECG Cardiac Monitoring.
This service includes antenatal clinics, parent craft classes, hospital tours and other opportunities to discuss your pregnancy and childbirth. The District Nurse Team are available to provide nursing care, support and advice to housebound and terminally ill patients. The District Nurses can be contacted directly on 03000 030 050.
The overall aim of the routine childhood immunisation programme is to protect all children against the following preventable childhood infections. Every effort should be made to ensure that all children are immunised, even if they are older than the recommended age range. If any course of immunisation is interrupted, it should be resumed and completed as soon as possible.

I've been a patient of this practice for many years now and, despite the current C19 situation, I am still getting my health checked when required, either face to face or by telephone. I am always treated fast , with consideration and respect every single time I need their services.
In particular, Dr. Bajwa, has been taking care of my family for years now, and there isn’t a single thing I can complain about; always behaving in a professional manner, knowledgeable, and patient listening to my worries. It is a bit annoying not being able to see him every time I think I should but, given the circumstance

I have been with the Border Practice for many years and have nothing but praise for them. I know the line is often engaged at busy times but once you get through, the receptionists are extremely helpful and reassuring. I have never had any problem making an appointment with the doctor of my choice either. A little patience and understanding of the job they do goes a long way too - I wouldn't want to do it!

Getting ANYONE to answer the phone is damned near impossible. So incredibly frustrating. The only way I got a routine appointment is to actually physically walk in and ask at reception for a nurses appointment. I now need to re-arrange that appointment - I've now been on hold for 19 minutes trying to speak to someone. I can't even re-arrange on line as I haven't been given the registration letter to link the practice to my online record. I really really despair :-(

I was supposed to have a phone call appointment today, when booked this morning the receptionist just said ‘later this afternoon’ helpful, my house has poor signal so the call didn’t come through. I have been on hold for over an hour now trying to call them to rearrange it, just keep hearing ‘one moment please’ honestly the worst reception staff I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with and ill be moving doctors!

GPs and Staff have always been helpful and very reliable. In general, The Border Practice have always been efficient and accommodating to me and my family.

They booked me in for a health check up. Went in.. gave the blood samples.. 2 months later. No update yet. Currently attempting my 15 th call today at 12 49 pm. Have not been able to speak with anyone. Line is always busy. MARVELOUS 😠

Next to impossible to get an appointment when you need one, and a bunch of folks who can't seem to care less. And GPs and staff wonder why people are always upset with them.

I'm very pleased with the service I have receive here over many years and every member of the 'Team' has been courteous and professional.
Changes due to Covid affect us all and the changes are there to protect us. The 'Team' have faced and met the challenges WELL DONE
Telephone consultations work well and avoid all the travel, parking and waiting frustrations. If I've needed to be seen the appointments made and attendance is easy.
Getting an appointment online works very well and leaves the Reception Team to deal with more urgent requests they do their very best to accommodate.

Such a difficult task to get an appointment here and when you do 1 whole hour after my appointment time I am still in the waiting room patiently waiting for my FIVE minutes appointment. The appointment system needs to be reviewed and improved. It’s one hurdle after the other. First when calling, it’s user busy and when it finally connects you’d have to wait for someone to answer only to be told no appointment available most times. When you are lucky to get a 5 minutes appointment it’s going to cost you about an hour of your time. Very far from ideal! 2 stars for availability of parking
