I had to sum up Ryan I would say that he is a very accomplished personal trainer with a strong emphasis on the personal as everything he does is specific to the client. He is always 100% motivated and enthusiastic and focused. I don't think Ryan has bad days or if he does he would never let his client's see it.

And to keep someone like me who has always hated exercise interested, he must be some kind of miracle worker! I have been struggling with my weight for a few years now. My husband suggested that I get myself a personal trainer, I googled personal trainers in Reading & Phillips Fit Personal Training came up.

WOW what a program. Ryan is passionate and dedicated to ensure everyone succeeds on their journey. He is knowledgeable and encouraging and always there for advice and guidance. His "bite sized" tips every week are not overwhelming but manageable and make complete sense. Works out become increasingly difficult and are "not easy" but with perseverance, determination and gritted teeth - do-able and the effort is rewarded on the scales and with the tape measure. Ryan has "re-set" my thinking for the better. Thank you

I signed up to the 90 day Online Coaching Program to lose the weight I had put on due to the combination of pregnancy and lockdown, and get some fitness back after many months with very little or no exercise.
Now, 3 months later and 10 kg lighter, I feel much better with myself and back in control of my life. The program is well structured, easy to follow, and mainly focused on gradual lifestyle changes that will become part of your daily routine. The workouts are fully online and take only about 30 mins, so it is very easy to incorporate them even in the busiest schedule.

I signed up for Ryans 12 week programme in the hope of toning up and losing a bit of weight. I enjoyed the accountability of the programme.
Ryans daily emails provided reading and having the Facebook group for motivation was good. I'm definitely continuing with Ryan.

I joined Ryan’s program when we went into lockdown, I have struggled with ‘diets’ for many years, I also really don’t enjoy exercising.
Ryan’s approach is relaxed firm and fair .. if you mess up it’s fine but just get back on it. I lost 9 lbs within 6 weeks and cm off my tummy and hips. My sleep improved and the most major thing was I’m now educated in how to look after my body without a crash diet! His knowledge has also secured me a new job within the health industry! Thank you 😊

During Covid-19 I admitted that I was not happy about the way I looked, I sorted out my wardrobe and most of the clothes did not fit, I did not want my children to be overweight and get picked on at school so I decided it was time for a change!
We are an extremely busy family and we often had 2/3 takeaways a week because we "didn't have time"!
I contacted Phillips-FIT after seeing him on a facebook ad and I'm so pleased I did! Ryan is lovely and very knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness.
The OCP programme is very user friendly and takes into account your fitness levels, so starting

Ryan is an amazing Personal Trainer. I've been training with him for almost 2 years now and completely changed my life. When I started two years ago, quite scared and not knowing what to expect, Ryan guided me and explain me everything not only about a gym and exercises but also about nutrition.
My goals were to lose some weight, stop smoking and overall to create better habits. In 5 months, I've managed to quit smoking (which I've been doing for so many years) and I was now not scared to put that weight because of it. Ryan guided me and thought me healthier habitats, he made me enjoy cooking

Ryan is great. He really helps you achieve your goals and encourages you all they way. There is no judgment, just tips on how to make your lifestyle better. If things not quite going right he chats with you to find out what going on. He really care and want you to achieve the best results possible the beat decision in a long time I made was to sign up to his programme
