My life wasn't always a picture of health and fitness. In fact, I hated going to PE at secondary school. However, I soon realized if I didn't start to do something I will end up like a lot of people in my family with obesity and diabetes. I started going to the gym and broadened my knowledge about health, weight loss, and muscle building (aka toning up), needless to say, It sucked me in and I became addicted.

Now I absolutely can't imagine a day without exercising and doing something fun in health and fitness. I know that you might not be as enthusiastic as me (at the beginning) but hopefully I will inspire and motivate you to become healthier and fitter version of yourself. If you are feeling that it is time for you to change I am here to assist and help to change your mindset and your body to feel energetic and feel amazing again!

Alongside, I got her eating differently. Reduced the amount of food and she started meal prepping all her meals. And after realised how important it is to actually look after her food, soon she started prepping healthy meals with her cousin, meals that people enjoy eating not only chicken and rice.

Vicky has an amazing approach, transformation journey is not easy especially when you are bombarded with informations and not always trustworthy ones. It's nice to find someone who knows what they doing. Food plan wasn't a rocket science, my cooking time is finally shorter and even the training was suitable. I never thought that I could handle 40 kg - Vicky said that it shouldn't be hard for me - and you know what I could do it. I was just being a ... Victoria is a very patient and conscientious trainer and will definitely get you the results you want.She leads by example and nothing is a problem. She just solves anything that may be stopping you get what you want so ...you get the results you want.

Victoria has been my trainer for the last 2 years and I could not recommend her more. Vicky lives and breathes health and wellbeing from the inside and out. Each client is an individual and she trains them as such, not only through exercise but with nutrition, and mental well being. For me she helped me enjoy exercise again and find a way to integrate it into my lifestyle without changing too much of my daily routine. Victoria always has a new research paper or book on the go and shares as much knowledge as possible with anyone who wants to learn. She can help!!

Vicky has been the first personal trainer I ever had, and I have to say I chose her not only because of her amazing physique but because she seemed to be always smiling and enjoying her training job. Victoria has trained me several times over the last 2 years, her knowledge and her attention to every single detail is second to none. The way she cues me to perform exercises is a whole different experience that i ever felt before training on my own. I have never felt my muscles working so much as i do when i train with her.
