Rhianna was a personal trainer for Ben at the time so was moving into good hands! Rhianna still continues to train clients and Adam is technical behind the scenes. We have continued the great work Ben started, and have added new trainers in the mean time! We believe exercise should be a fun experience and instills that in all BensBodyFitness personal training sessions.

Our team currently serve clients inside their gym location at Furze Platt Leisure Centre in Maidenhead as well as home and outdoors personal training and sports massage sessions across Maidenhead, Reading, Newbury, Basingstoke and surrounding areas with scope to expand into the rest of Berkshire. Callum is one of our trainers covering the Maidenhead area.

We have supported clients to achieve a range of unique goals such as; improving their general fitness, educating them on sustainable lifestyle changes and completely transforming their physiques for special occasions including holidays, weddings and specific sporting events. Rhianna previously worked for Ben and they are both continuing to grow the great foundations Ben previously set.
The BBF Phase Training Plan is a unique training system built by our founder, Ben Alderton. It is based around what he calls "The 3 Phases of Fitness" which includes; muscular endurance, hypertrophy and strength. It is completely bespoke and based on your ability and goals, which will determine the phase you start in.
Always telling yourself that you're not a runner? What if we told you everybody is a runner? This plan designed by Ben takes you from complete beginner to a 5K finisher in just 6 weeks. Research shows that you are 50% more likely to suffer with neck and back pain due to holding a slouched posture for long periods of time whilst sat a desk.

At 56 I had never been in gym when I started training with Rhianna nearly a year ago. I was nervous and Rhianna has patiently put me through my paces to build up my stamina and strength. She always has a plan and gentle pushes me to do things I didn't think possible. Rhianna is professional and we always have a laugh ....... Thanks Rhianna

I have been training with Ben for almost 3 years now. After many previous attempts at getting into fitness, it's the one thing that has not only motivated me to train regularly but also enjoying keeping fit. I have seen my body morph into a figure I am proud of and am now lifting over 5 times more than I was when i started. When you train with Ben's Body Fitness you not only get the hour you are paying for but constant support during the week, unlimited tips for when working out on your own, delicious meal plans and company you enjoy and look forward to each week. I could not recommend more!

Ben helped me lose 13 kgs with great advice and support on both the diet and exercise fronts. He was there on email even when I was travelling and needed to ask anything. All his sessions are different and he has a great way of pushing you so you do your best but without overdoing it - I was never not able to exercise the next day. I've got my motivation back and I'm the best shape I've been in for about 15 years. Would totally recommend!.

I have been working with Rhianna since August and I am so beyond ecstatic with my results ! I have never felt more confident and comfortable in my own body for a long time! The workout plans are tailored to where you want to focus on which really helps with results. They are very creative when it comes to the sessions and always push you to do your best even if you think you can’t! Highly recommended! Brilliant team here.

BBF are great, I got in touch as I really needed a personal trainer who could work around my hectic family life of twins and work. They were quick to respond and straight away said they would be able to find a personal trainer for me to work with at home. I didn't know how it would work training at home but Rhianna has been brilliant, each week our sessions are varied and fun and Rhianna is so positive and motivating.

What can I say, I have finally got my exercising mojo back! Thanks to Zoe! I am doing things I didn’t think I would ever be capable of doing again. She is a fantastic personal trainer! Enthusiastic, approachable, knowledgeable and motivating. During our sessions she encourages me to succeed which makes me want to put more effort in :) Nothing is too much trouble. Great team of friendly personal trainers, with equally great fitness training services. I've been training with Ben and the team for close to 2 years now and couldn't be happier. I hate gyms and training has always been a hard one for me but i love my PT sessions. I'm taking it to the next level now with a full mastery fitness training plan with clearly defined goals, diet and 1:1 tracking sessions. LOVE IT!

We’ve had both Ben and Zoe give us personal training and they have pushed us to places we didn’t think we could get to. We feel fitter, stronger and healthier than we’ve ever been - and we’re both in early 50s. Definitely recommended as they are so supportive and excellent at what they do.

I found Ben on google and have trained with him once a week for the last 3 months love lost over two stone in weight and my fitness has improved by lots. Ben comes to my home in Newbury once a week and his training regime is great he doesn’t beast me but encourages and I train at my own level. Hand on heart I would recommend Ben to anyone wanting to loose weight or keep fit 10/10 fantastic.
