Gym in the Park is the refreshing life styled group workout, promising a fun and energetic approach to fitness and set in the beautiful surrounds of a local park near you. Gym in the Park has qualified and experienced trainers and combined with specialist user friendly equipment delivers creative, result driven workouts with contagious spirit. Chiswick Bootcamp and our online services caters for all levels of fitness and abilities.
Services
Gym In The Park is a family run business founded by personal trainers Andrew and Victoria Mitchison. Victoria and Andrew share a love of the outdoors, travel, sailing, Krav Maga, photography along with having 3 Pomeranian dogs. I am sure you will get to meet them at some point!

Established personal trainer and founder of Gym In The Park and Fit Body Retreats, Andrew, has been sharing his passion for the health and fitness industry for over 20 years.Amongst Andrews loyal customers, he has trained lords and members of parliament, Chairmen of major banks along with many successful business owners.
Personal training provides support & motivation to achieve fast and effective results, in the least amount of time. With years of experience with tried and tested techniques, Gym In The Park has devised a series of exercises to achieve personal goals, whether you are a complete beginner or trained athlete.
This questionnaire has been designed to ensure that you begin your activity with Gym in the Park and Personal Training quickly and safely. We value your privacy and do not share your information with third-parties. Intense circuits style classes- wonderfully motivating and friendly instructors.
They manage to cater for a mix of abilities- everyone from beginners to the seriously fit will gain something from their sessions.


Classes run Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings- you really need to make twice a week at least to get the physical benefits and make it good value.


A nice mix of people go to the classes- which helps make the time fly by!
Fun, and good for you too... what more could you ask for?!!!
