In line with government restrictions Tikki Training is taking the necessary measures to keep clients safe. As part of this, Tikki requests and actively promotes a 2 metre distance at all times in his sessions. Temperatures are checked on arrival & sanitisers are provided on each workout station, both outdoors & in the gym.

Tikki has combined his own personal love of fitness and training with his vast knowledge of exercise, physiology and psychology to create the ultimate fitness experience. Whether it be an Outdoor Bootcamp, Personal 1-2-1 Training or a Muay Thai inspired HIIT Fit session, Tikki offers a unique attitude to training and a great sense of fun!

In 2010 Tikki completed his degree in 'Sports Coaching and Performance' and then went on to qualify as a Personal Trainer in 2012. He keeps up to date with current best practices for personal trainers by regularly attending courses and training: 'International Diploma in Advanced Personal Training, ' 'Sports Massage Therapy' and 'Strength and Conditioning, ' to name but a few.
Tikki Bootcamp uses a combination of bodyweight exercises and equipment meaning no two adult bootcamp sessions are ever the same and variety is guaranteed. Not only that, exercising in a group is a great way to build motivation, have fun and make friends along the way. Bootcamps take place 3 times a week, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday at Braywick Sports & Recreation Ground, Maidenhead, come rain or shine, or even snow!
At Tikki Training in Maidenhead, we offer a wealth of expertise in providing and supporting expert personal fitness training plans for individuals or groups for a variety of clients, irrelevant of age, gender, ability or goals.

People use a personal trainer for many different reasons, all of which may be accommodated by our bespoke plans, whether they are for weight loss, weight gain, strength building, muscle gain, sport specific, general fitness or a combination of these.
HIIT (high intensity interval training) inspired by Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) is a very popular method of training, due to the huge array of evidence that shows it is the fastest way to increase cardiovascular fitness and aids with maintaining/losing body fat. If you have been a previous attendee of bootcamp or have completed a personal training session with Tikki, you will know that he is a big fan of HIIT and quite how hard his HIIT sessions are!

If you’re looking for a fun and challenging outdoor/online class, Tikki Training is perfect! Whatever your fitness goals, Tikki will make you feel very welcome and will always make sure you work at the right level. He has been amazing adapting each exercise for me when I was pregnant and helped me get back in shape very quickly after giving birth. I am now stronger and fitter than I have ever been! Thanks Tikki 😉

Tikki Training has been the best Bootcamp set up out of many I have tried in the past. The sessions have always had great variety of activities that promote fitness but also fun and teamwork. An amazingly friendly group supported fully by Tikki who is a very dedicated and experienced instructor. He's great for setting personalised goals tailored for you with lots of encouragement and education in the proper way of doing things. There is a good selection of equipment to use each session which always changes with the challenges. 5 stars.
