Knowing how hard it is to keep motivated or even get started, we pride ourselves on our skills to motivate and inspire all types of people.

A one-to-one approach to fitness, providing all the support and motivation you need to succeed in achieving your goals and taking your fitness to a new level. Fitness classes held exclusively for ladies. You will be joined by like minded individuals of all ages to experience fitness and fun together.
After struggling with the pounds and trying every diet possible, I realised I had to start doing more exercise to help burn off those calories. Sporadic slow jogging just wasn't working! I was lucky enough to be given an 8 week weight loss course at a gym. I was very excited and hopeful to achieve amazing results.
How often do we try and lose weight or decide to up our fitness levels on our own. The diet which always starts on a Monday has ended by Wednesday and the gym sessions bite the dust after a week. The solution is Personal Training; a one to one approach to fitness providing all the support and motivation you need with a qualified personal trainer who will guide you every step of the way to help you succeed in achieving your goals.
Imagine this: warming up whilst chatting with other ladies downloading the stresses of the day, then on to the exercises where you get to try out lots of new things. All of a sudden you realise there's only ten minutes left! You're hot, tired, happy and amazed that you've done an hours exercise without even noticing and what's more you've really enjoyed yourself!
