I have trained with Shaun for 8 months now- having been to a few other PTs previously. During that time Shaun has helped me learn so much about myself, and how’s best for me to train and eat. Best. Experience. EVER! I started with Shaun 12 weeks ago on his online transformation programme. I was unhappy in myself; lacked confidence and felt drained with 5am workouts and the workload from being a Primary school teacher. Ive spent the last month with Shaun, and in this very short space of time, he has imparted an incredible amount of expertise and knowledge, to someone like myself who had little to no experience, this was vital. Shaun is very friendly, but will work you hard without being cruel, and will get the best out of you without scaring you away. Shaun worked really hard during lockdown to support and encourage his clients . I started with the 21 day challenge which really got me focused and on track , I definitely had more energy and along with his recipe ideas lost a few inches and pounds ! Shaun is not only professional but he genuinely cares. He listens to your wants and wishes from him and adapts your workouts to suit your wants. During a tough time where my PT sessions had to be put on hold due to an injury I complete Shaun’s Mastermind course. This helped me to learn where I was sabotaging myself through my mentality and not just focus on the gym. This helped me to not only not gain weight but to loose weight despite not being able to exercise at all. Shaun has taught me the skills to live my life and still be healthy and loose weight. I'd been training with Shaun on and off for years before finally staying in the area long enough to get him properly on my schedule. Since training regularly for over a year I have lost over 20kg, 5" off my waist and I am better equipt and more capable and educated in maintaining and progressing these results than ever before. Shaun is particularly excellent at finding the right way to motivate me with mini challenges or "rewarding" me with a good punch out session. I am so incredibly impressed by Shaun and Taurus personal training. I have been doing the online training program and there is so much support to be had! Shaun has been there throughout to support and advise. The support is fantastic. I have received video calls, phone calls, emails and text messages. Never overbearing and always more if I needed it. Shaun must work so ridiculously hard to provide this level of care and support to all his clients. Even after a rough month personally I managed to lose 4lb. I'm beyond impressed with the whole experience! Highly recommend!!!

I have just finished Shaun's 30 day challenge and it was fab. I can't recommend Shaun enough. He is innovative with his workouts, his recipes are incredible and the support he gives has been amazing. Although there hasnt been face to face PT it feels like there has been. I hadnt ever exercised much before this and I thought my diet was ok but Shaun has taught me so much and really changed my mindset. I'm motivated to continue past the 30 day challenge and work with Shaun in the future. the best thing I did during Lockdown was this!
