Over the past 12 years as a personal trainer I have transformed the physiques of Oscar winning actors, Paralympic athletes, and military service personnel. Over the last 12 years I have delivered over 10,000 hours of personal training instruction, written hundreds of fitness articles and coached hundreds of online clients to their goals.

As a result my online personal training service is recognised among the best in the world, Google me! When creating your training program and meal plan I will take into account a multitude of individual variables that are unique to you. This means you aren't following cookie cutter advice but specific protocols designed for you, making your progress much faster and effective.

Determined to emulate my idols on the silver screen, I would spend hours each day doing push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups over and over again in my bedroom, after a few months of unrelenting work my efforts were finally starting to pay off.

Before long I was showing family and friends how strong i'd become, one day though, I must have rubbed a close family member up the wrong way with my incessant displays of exercise technique as he sat me down and told me that despite how hard I trained "I just didn't have the kind of body that could ever become muscular".

When Vyn was recommended to me by a previous customer, he explained to me that as an active Fire-fighter he was already fit and strong, but the demands of his shift pattern meant that his meals nutrition was hard to plan and his meal times could be tricky to guarantee. Vyn has been growing more and more frustrated by getting fitter but not being able to get into peak aesthetic condition.

"you will never be pain free for the rest of your life. " This was the verdict I received from my orthopedic surgeon after having a ski accident which almost left me paralyzed in Nov. 2001. After recovering and going thru rehab, I tried to work out. I hired tens of personal trainers but I was never able to sustain my workout without excruciating pain. Every time I failed, I was still grateful for being able to walk. And, I just settled to the new life style which was void of fun. Three months ago, I decided to try one last time. Google (the universe) led me to Scott. I signed up for only 3 months

Scott is a first class trainer and in my opinion the best at what he does. The workouts are changed regularly and meal plans are tailored to suit individual needs. And Scott is just a message away if ever you are stuck or want to change anything about the workout or meal plan. Definately recommend working with Scott.

Scott is a top-notch personal trainer. His program completely transformed not only my body but my health in general.
Before I started to work with Scott on my fitness goals I was never able to see consistent results, I was under eating and didn’t have a structured approach to my workouts. I also had lack of energy, never felt enough strength in my body and was never able to achieve muscle growth.
Scott helped me to structure my workouts properly as well as he helped with my nutrition. Now I’m consistent with my workouts, I eat adequate amount of calories, I see so much improvement in my fitness

The only program that hasn't made me hungry, annoyed or revolted at the terrible diet plan. For the first time in my life I feel energy levels balanced and maintained throughout the month. I have tried EVERYTHING to help lose weight and become healthier overall and nothing really worked…until I found Scott Laidler’s online personal training. Completed a 12 week program with Scott and over the moon with the progress I’ve made. The app is great, makes the workouts really easy to follow, really simple but useful timers built in for things like rest periods in between sets. The workouts were tailored to the equipment I had available and my personal goals. Really detailed meal plan with some great meal ideas, I sometimes deviated from the meal plan but just made sure I stuck to the macronutrient split so felt I could be really flexible. I went from 96 to 88kg over the 12 weeks and saw a big improvement in muscularity. What’s meant more

I did a 6 week program with Scott, it not only managed to help me reach my goals but also brought long term structure to my fitness regime. Scott provides fantastic support throughout the program and is always available to answer any questions when you need it. He also quickly managed to modify my (already tailored) diet plan midway to better fit my schedules. The best part is that everything is designed not only to support you through the period of the program but for a much longer duration. Highly recommend it.

I joined Scott's 12 week program in February and am so happy that I did. Scott clearly knows his stuff and provided me with a very clear and enjoyable workout plan plus a really useful meal plan with all meals, recipes and shopping list included. He is always available for questions and to support you, and has adapted things along the way to suit my needs. The focus is on a long term sustainable way of living and I've learnt so much and made long term lifestyle changes.
