At The Shredquarters - no one is lost. Every one of our personal trainers have your fitness aspirations at the forefront of their training methods. Each and every one of our fitness sessions are individually designed daily to drive results. We have three main styles of training to cover all aspects you will need to achieve your goals!

Our Shred Sessions are designed to give you a high intensity workout mixing cardio and strength, these are great for Shredding fat and building lean muscle. Our Commando Classes focus more on using weight and as a result, there is less cardio in these classes. Weightlifting is also a great way to burn fat and we recommend mixing in our Commando Classes with our Shred Sessions to achieve the best results.
Services
These are a staple style of training at SQ. Every day we hold a variety of high intensity Shred Session workouts that mix strength and cardio to burn fat and build up your fitness levels. Our Saturday morning favourite! This workout combines exercises from all of our training styles. With a similar intensity to our Shred Sessions you'll go round one big circuit with at least 40 different exercises around the room.
Specifically designed to give you maximum results. Our Shred classes combine high energy, full body HIIT training to get you to work hard, burn fat and feel great. Our Commando classes are strength-based weight training classes. With more time at each exercise, a slower pace and trainers on hand to provide helpful guidance, these classes offer you the chance to lift heavier and get stronger.

We also offer a Beginner Class for those new to our training approach. Here, you will find a slower pace and even more support to learn how to use equipment and get started on your fitness journey with us.
Absolutely amazing results from Matt who completed his 8 Week Shred. Matt showed nothing but determination throughout the whole process and as you can see his hard work has paid off! A total of 19.3lbs lost, 4.9% body fat dropped and 15 lost! With a base level of fitness, Vanessa came onto an 8 Week Shred to gain that extra push and learn about a nutrition plan that helped lose that little bit extra body fat.
Alongside our 8 Week Shred packages where you get a full guide to a nutrition plan, we offer bespoke personal training sessions. If you have any specific goals in mind, then our team of fully qualified personal trainers are here to help and guide you towards your health and fitness goals. Even if it's learning a particular exercise or just needing that extra push!

This gym is like having a personal trainer every time you go to the gym but sharing this with great motivated people who help push you to exercise that little bit harder. You can go at your own pace, learn't soo many new exercises and have became the fittest I have ever been.

Great gym, I joined a month ago and can already see the result from a fitness levels. With the current global situation, they are very thorough and clean everything right after our use. Some may say over the top but it helps to feel good to come back on a regular basis.

I went this morning for the first time, having not exercised in forever. The equipment and space are great and the trainers could not have been any more supportive. I was pushed to keep going (during a pretty brutal but fun and diverse session) while still being allowed to go at my own pace.
The environment and atmosphere was great and I will definitely be back!

I would be lying if I said I love attending SQ, boy it is tough!! Having done very little training for some 20+ years I was a mess when I joined up in Oct 2016. However, with each class being different and pushing every part of the body, training amongst great fellow members, coupled with fantastic and enthusiastic trainers, nothing will ever compare. Beats the results of any other gym hands down. As I say, I don't always have the motivation to hit the 6am class but I'm always glad I have...............once it's over!! :o)

The most difficult part of joining Shredquarters is walking through the door on your first visit. The sessions are very intense and you are encourage to push yourself to YOUR limits every session so that you can hit your goals. Its a driven yet supportive environment with no ego's looking down on you, I can honestly say the culture is more supportive than any other place I have been to. If you are serious about increasing your fitness and strength or losing weight this is the place for you.

Best workouts in town.. always different and always challenging. Amazing trainers who will always modify the workouts on the fly if you have any injuries and second to none in terms of getting everyone motivated.
Best of all is the SQ community. Real family feel to the place and egos are all checked at the door. Everyone is all in and it’s an even playing field for all.

The Shredquarters has become my second home and I'm completely addicted to the sessions. As well as being a brilliant place to train the SQ is a real community, with everyone looking out for each other and we have so much fun during training. Shredquarters is without a doubt the best gym I've ever been a member of, you are made to feel part of the family from day one. The work outs are tough but the results are incredible! Progression is quick- you'll be amazed at what you can achieve in just a couple of classes.
