To address injuries, including those from sports, our qualified therapists provide a range of treatments aimed at reducing pain, improving movement and flexibility, and speeding recovery. As part of sports therapy we also offer sports massage - an important component for treating sports-related injuries and alleviating muscle soreness.
I have lost 13% of my bodyfat, equating to nearly 38kg of fat (I cannot believe I could have carried that around all day everyday). Nice clean and tidy. All equipment needed is there and Craig varies the routines every 10 weeks .
Works out all the main muscle groups and you can see real progress. You don't even notice the weights increasing every few weeks.
Always stretching out which again makes a difference as the previous trainer I used made me train hard on first day and I was in agony for two weeks.
Set yourself a goal and the guys will help you achieve it.
Would recommend.
