Services
From humble beginnings Feel Hot Yoga began back in 2010 with portable heaters, tripping fuses in school halls. Quickly the classes grew and the need for proper heat and humidity in a dedicated studio became pressing so we opened Feel Hot St Albans in summer 2011.
We soon realised the best teachers were the ones we trained ourselves, so we established FHY Teacher Training School to gurantee the highest level of teaching (as accredited by Yoga Alliance UK / Yoga Alliance Professionals). In 2012 we won Best New Business and in 2013 Feel Hot Watford opened it's doors.

Whether you're a beginner, an intermediate or an advanced practitioner, book your classes here. Please note if you can't see a button to book the class, then this class and the waitlist is fully booked. Sign into a class via our website or the Mindbody app and book a space on your chosen class. If you do not have an account, please create an account with us via our website.
If you're new to yoga or hot yoga we would suggest our stillness, strength and space classes, hatha flow or decompress classes are a great way to start. Or if you would prefer to try an unheated class first, then our gentle yoga sessions can be a great introduction. Doing regular exercise and think you'll be fine with the heat, then you're welcome at one of our flow classes but we suggest you try one of the all levels classes first.
Below are some of the most common questions we are asked about hot yoga. If you can't find what you are looking for you can email us with your specific questions or drop into one of our studios to talk to us. Of course you can also see us on Facebook or call us on the telephone (how retro!). Hot yoga is a series of postures and breathing exercises performed in a heated room.
Private classes can be booked at either studio with any of our most senior teachers. A one to one session can help those wishing to understand yoga better - perhaps you are new to the practice and want to have some guidance before exploring the group sessions. The appointment usually lasts between 60-75 minutes and includes individual medical and physiological profiling followed by a guided practice.

I've been attending Marianne Williams' class on and off for a couple of years (due to a busy schedule and moving around) and for me it's the perfect class. She's hands on and moves and guides you into the correct positions, which I really appreciate. The feeling of being in the wrong form and being corrected is wonderful - I've discovered muscles I never knew I had! She's also attentive and will give you alternative forms dependent on any issues you might have.
It's a very holistic class with the perfect balance between spirituality and science.

Love Love Love!
Classes are amazing and varied. Some classes unpack yoga technique for beginners or there are more intense yoga practises for the more experienced. Facilities are always clean with and welcoming with lovely products to use. There is also a lovely cafe serving fresh food daily.
A highlight of my week- Highly recommend.

I visited Feel Hot Yoga Watford yesterday for Kesi's Sunday Morning class and it was wonderful. The studio itself is beautiful, welcoming and clean. Excellent facilities with everything you need available to buy/hire. Kesi was a lovely teacher and instructions and guidance for poses was excellent. I really enjoyed the class. Had a lovely coffee afterwards in the café. I just wish I lived closer (I live in Sheffield) because i'd definitely be a regular visitor. Thank you Hot Yoga Watford <3

Very cool. Lots of choice of classes and the studio gets nice and warm!
Tricky to find as it's tucked slightly off the main road of the estate. Has a cafe although haven't tried anything there yet. The showers were v v good and they supply Jason shower gel, hairdryers and bags for sweaty kit.
Little bit costly - as is hot yoga in general - but very nice.
Steve's yin class in particular was a brilliant compliment to all the cross fit and Broga i coach and practice.
