Services
Leanne teaches a strong and powerful class whilst bringing calm and balance into the room. Giving her students time to switch off from the outside world and reconnect with themselves. After discovering this moving meditation and relieving herself from over 10 years of back pain (caused by scoliosis) through yoga, she is dedicated to guiding her students through their practice to see what it can bring for them.
Hot yoga allows the body to detoxify and cleanse through sweating in addition to making the body more pliable in the postures resulting in restricting and properly aligning the body. All of our classes are designed to work out the full body both internally and externally providing physical and aesthetic benefits as well as maintaining a healthy internal organ system along with the muscles, joints, ligaments and glands.
My yoga journey began whilst watching a friend practice yoga on the beach of Koh Tao, Thailand, in front of a beautiful sunset. With such a picturesque view, and a little taster of something different, it left me excited to get home and take my first class. Upon returning to London it wasn't long before I embarked on my first Bikram class in Chiswick.
Practicing yoga in a hot room allows the muscles, ligaments and joints a deeper stretch without causing injury. It also aids the healing of existing injuries. It detoxifies the body by opening the skin's pores to let out the toxins in sweat; thins the blood to clear the circulatory system and increases the heart rate for a great cardiovascular workout.
If you cannot attend your class please let u know 24 hours in advance. Anything under 12 hours will be classed as a late cancellation. Late cancellations and no shows will mean that your pass will be allocated to that class and cannot be reused, for unlimited members you may incur a 10 fee. This is to make sure that free spaces are made available for your fellow yogis.

No longer Hot yoga. 90 mins bikram cut short to 60. Heat turns off 10 mins into class. Have complained a few times. Wont be continuing after my few remaing class cards end.

Great teachers and very friendly staff.
However studio is not set up properly for hot yoga. Firstly not hot enough. Secondly no humidity for the level that’s needed for practicing bikram. And the walls leaking water down to the studio corners. I won’t return as I need to advance my practice and it’s no good for me.

An amazing tranquil setting to explore a variety of different yoga options in the heat. Leanne and Amy have captured the essence here, creating a warm family away from home. Teachers are knowledgable and staff are warm and friendly. Highly recommend from beginners to advanced, there is something for everyone.

My favourite hot yoga studio in London. All the instructors are really supportive.
The studio has a range of hot yoga classes from the traditional bikram to others including flow classes. This variety sets the studio apart as many hot yoga studios only offer one style of hot yoga where motivation can go downhill after a while

With regard to the comment about 'not for the over 50s' I am in my 50th year. Before I joined HYH I was suffering from hormonal imbalances, insomnia and a whole list of horrible menopause symptoms including aching and stiff joints that were not helped by any changes in diet, exercise or medication, herbal or otherwise.
After regularly attending my symptoms started to improve and then completely disappeared.
Stressfree I now sleep soundly and peacefully
So I would say most definitely for the older ladies!!! ( and men as my husband has also found a new lease of life since joining too).

Just read the review 'not for the over 50's' .
Can't disagree more.
I'm 65, and yes the first couple of sessions the heat/humidity was challenging. You have to stay in the room and do what you can.
After first session had the best nights sleep for years. I could go on and on about the benefits; skin (incl less wrinkles), posture and stride, flexibility, better frame of mind, everything really.
6 months on and I look and feel 10/15 years younger.
This should be on the NHS.
Everyone should be doing it!!!
