Do not eat a heavy meal within 2 hours (before) a class; a very light snack is okay if you feel you need to eat something. The most common cause of injury in Yoga (although extremely rare) is non-disclosure of a pre-existing condition. Talk to Kevin and he will modify / customise the asana to heal your body, mind and spirit.
