Relaxing classes for pregnant women which combine gentle yoga poses with antenatal information, breathing and visualisation. One-to-one time massaging your baby is a lovely way to stengthen you bond as you tune into cues and calmly respond to one another. Would you go into an exam unprepared or run a marathon?

Giving birth to your child is one of the most major events in your life, come and find out how your body and your baby work together in this amazing process. Prepare yourself for labour, birth and motherhood. Birth is a natural process, but our current lifestyles are not conducive to what can be normal and natural birth.
Services
Classes are held weekly and last for an hour and a half. A unique blend of antenatal information and yoga. Make contact with the earth, get in touch with your breathing, and connect with your baby. Consists of relaxation, gentle yoga, information about birth physiology, birthing positions and coping strategies for labour.
Active Birth preparation looks into aspects which are often overlooked in hospital and other birth preparation classes. Learn about the physiology of birth, and how the body and baby work together in the amazing process of birth. Perfect for first time parents, anyone looking for a birth refresher or perhaps if you are looking for a different experience this time around.
So much time is spent running around, changing nappies and trying to grab a few minutes of sleep! Baby Yoga shares similar benefits to baby maassage but also includes gentle breathing and yoga for mums.
