Gang Warily Recreation Centre
Nearly all of our restrictions have now been removed so you can go back to enjoying everything our centre has to offer in full. We will however, still be encouraging all customers to continue to wear face masks through the building, use the hand santiser provided, and continue wiping down the equipment.

Our indoor changing room showers are still currently closed and we are still working to increase the number of classes and activities we have available. We hope to get back to our pre-pandemic operation levels as quickly as we can. At Gang Warily we offer something for everyone in the community.
Services
Fawley Parish Council has a vacancy for an Operations Manager at the Gang Warily Recreation & Community Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join the operations management team at Gang Warily. We are looking for a motivated, customer focused individual to not only assist with the day-to-day operation of the centre but to improve and develop the leisure activities that it offers.
Fawley Falcons YFC was founded in 1973 and evolved from a Scout team which was led by Tony Pothecary. Now in its 41st season, upon formation the club had just one team, but it quickly grew, adding three more sides that transferred to the Southampton & District Tyro League in the early 1980's. We are extremely proud of our club, and all the boys and girls who have played football under the Fawley Falcons banner over the past 40 years.
Fawley RFC is founded in the southern Waterside area in the 1920s drawing players from the villages of Fawley, Blackfield, Holbury and Hythe. In 1935 the Fawley & District Rugby Club became associated with the AGWI Recreation Club and the Club name was changed to AGWI RFC.

Membership was open to AGWI employees and associate members from the locality, with a lot of players coming up from the Military establishments at Marchwood, RAF Calshot and HMS Diligence.
New Forest Martial Arts offers a wide variety of classes around the New Forest and Southampton areas including Applemore, Hythe, Blackfield, Marchwood, Totton, and New Milton. Our club is friendly, with experienced approachable instructors and offers something for everyone.

We offer classes in Karate, Jiu Jitsu and Tai Chi, having been established for many years we bring vast experience in dealing with both adults and children with a wide range of needs. We are determined to help children and adults learn to defend themselves and feel it has never been more necessary than it is today.
We also use the outside grassed area when the weather is kind to play some of those sports, and in small groups use the fitness pods. We try to do different sports each day, however this can be different if the weather is against us. The children are required to bring a pack lunch and drink (not fizzy) and extra fruit to snack on during breaks.

Best park we've been to in a while. With football pitches, basketball courts and rugby pitches close by there's something for everyone to do.

Staff are amazing . But I feel front of the building look unwelcome because of all the sighs everywhere to me it look like dump site. Truth hurts but you know that I 'm right . I know that you are trying to upgrade your staff uniforms they look Amazing Roy done good Job but still does not improvement the front of the building it feel to me that your trying to scare your customers away . Them sight at front really let the gym image down .That why I feel you should be promoting thing to do with the gym only and also some tubs of flower outside bring new and old customer back in .

Splendid,
The dictionary has a multitude of words to describe this place, however, the word I choose is wonderous! As a chap moving into his later years I was beyond impressed with the facilities at Gang Warily upon my visit. The staff, Oh blimey, the staff, How polite can one team get? I loved my conversation with the receptionists and co. Very helpful, and inviting.
Hand on the bible, as soon as these darn restriction cease to exist I will be taking my hard earned dollar and paying for one of those memberships. Well Done, Keep up the service.
Kind regards, A fella that's been around a bit

A nice little park here and a big pond to walk around. Free parking but a lack of public toilets. Everyone wants a coffee shack handy too right?

Most of the time this is a large grassy area with a lake, but several times a year it is transformed into an events area and really comes alive. A large free car park is a bonus.
