This is a place where we rigorously train both body and mind. A gym that from the moment you step into it you will be amongst like minded people who are prepared to train to their limits. Spartans has areal old school spit and sawdust feel to it, our members are serious about training but we pride ourselves on our warm family orientated atmosphere where everybody is made to feel welcome.

What We Do Report

At Spartans Gym Southampton, we know that to become the best you can be takes time and a huge amount of effort. It can sometimes be painful and the gains can be hard to see at times. We know that just becoming a Spartan and attending regularly won't necessarily get you where you want to be. We offer Personal training to suit everybodies needs and goals from professional body building to boxing coaching.

Absolute disgusting people who own the gym, women (owner) absolutely lost it with me swearing at me multiple times and also pushing past me in a aggressive manner, a male worker tried to grab me and pull me out forcefully just for asking them to make the gym safer to use as it’s a complete war zone! There’s weights all over the gym, all the machines are run down and tatty looking, it’s a complete run down mess. The owners are simply disgusting low life scums who don’t know how to run a business nor treat there customers right.
Avoid this gym at all costs and save your money 0/10!!!!

Hard core 24/7 bodybuilding gym. Pay for entry online and get text with code to get through gate. No staff on site. Very different. Place is a bit dirty and kit is old and tired. But you’ll find everything you need for every body part and all kit works.
