These are some of the books we would like to add to our ever growing collection of high quality, up to date, texts that we use in school. There is a mixture of books from our "30 books to read before you are 11 1/2" list, other story books, history/science/PSHE themed books and books relating to inspiring pioneers. We would appreciate any donations you would like to make.

This website has been developed to give you an insight into how our school is organised and what goes on. We are incredibly proud of our past from 'Billy Elliot' to Sir Bobby Robson but at the heart of everything we do is the future - the children in our care. We aim to create a happy, secure environment where children can learn with enjoyment to ensure they will grow up to be respectful, courteous and caring.
We believe that learning should be fun, purposeful and challenging. Through our effective curriculum we aim to equip each child with the skills they need for lifelong learning. We aim to develop confident learners, who take ownership of their learning are proud of their achievements and are well prepared for life in modern Britain.
At Langley Park Primary School, we regard the safeguarding of children as our main priority. We believe that we all have the right to be happy, to be safe and to learn. We all have the responsibility to make this happen. All children whatever their age, culture, disability, gender, language, racial origin, religious beliefs and/ or sexual identity have the right to be protected from harm.
You can use your computer, mobile phone or tablet for lots of fun things and to make lots of new friends from all over the world. This section of our website will provide you with links to really useful advice on how to be careful when you use the internet and some great tips to keep safe.

Parent Information is collaboration between CEOP and Parent Zone and provides information to parents and carers about their children's wellbeing and resilience, internet safety and a wide range of other topic matters like sex, relationship and body image.I bet you probably like to use the computer for fun.
Our Governors are representatives of the local community, parents, school staff and the Local Education authority. They bring a range of interests knowledge and skills to the school whilst working in a voluntary capacity. Governors work closely with the headteacher, school staff and representatives from the local authority.
