At Brandon Primary School we aim to provide a happy and positive environment for children to flourish. Through a purposeful and exciting curriculum we strive to ensure each child achieves their full academic potential while enjoying a variety of extra-curricular and social experiences.

Our new school building provides an excellent and safe environment for children to learn and our dedicated teaching staff are committed to developing each individual child. Services
In this section you will find information on how we run our school including our current staffing structure, governing body. If you would like a paper copy (or any other format) of any of our documents on our website please speak to the school office, who will provide them to you free of charge. You can use performance tables (sometimes known as league tables) to compare schools and colleges in your area.
Governors work closely with headteachers, school staff and representatives from the local authority (LA). Our Governing Body work collaboratively with the Head Teacher, Staff, and Local Authority advisors on all aspects of school performance, developing new initiatives, and school improvement. We are part of the school leadership team in that Ofsted measure the effectiveness of the Governing Body and our impact on school improvement.
Brandon Primary School aims to provide a safe, caring environment which enables everyone in the school to fulfil their potential. To provide the highest possible standard of education through a broad and balanced curriculum appropriate to each individual. To give the opportunity to develop the skills required to live and work together and to co-operate with each other.
We are committed to meeting the needs of all children including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. We would ask parents to discuss the identified needs with the school prior to starting so that appropriate intervention and support can be planned and implemented. Advice from the LA or other agencies may be requested to ensure any the school can meet any needs appropriately.
At Brandon Community Primary School, we regard the safeguarding of children as our main priority. We believe that we all have the right to be happy, to be safe and to learn. We all have the responsibility to make this happen. Everyone who comes into contact with children and their families has a role to play in safeguarding children.

Left my daughter sat on a bench unsupervised while the rest of the class had there school class photo taken ??when asked why she was not on the photo they could not give an explanation only they must have forgotten about her imagine that was a school trip can't wait to move her and I'll be taking this matter further

My granddaughters are constantly getting bullied and much worse no action being taken and now my daughter getting intimidated from the child in questions parents. No help from anywhere !! Absolutely disgraceful. Wait till it happens to someones child who takes things into there own hands. Cant come soon enough !!!!!
