Take a look at just some of the amazing creative talents shared by our pupils for their Autumn Holiday Homework in the powerpoint below. Many more can be found on our school twitter feed. Thank you to all those who shared their work. We are all very impressed. We are very lucky to have such supportive parents and friends of our school and would like to say a big Thank You to all who have helped with crafting, visits, donations and support with school life such as costumes and attending our events.

We have been working hard recently to develop the skills and attributes to be an 'Intake Learner'. To do this all children have very clear "learning" targets that allow the children to judge how well they are progressing and actively be involved in self-assessment. Along with this all lessons have very clear objectives and success criteria are shared with the children.
The following children make up Intake's School Council this academic year. They have been elected to help make decisions about what happens in school and will represent their classes or year group regularly at meetings that will take place throughout the school year. We have already had a busy start to the year with our Global Climate Strike Protest in September and also we are very excited about being invited to Sheffield Town Hall next month.
We have introduced 6 new roles for pupils to be our Attendance Ambassadors. They are chosen each half term and are roles models for great attendance. They will be helping with attendance assemblies and awards and will be available for informal chats with other pupils in the school who have any concerns regarding their attendance.
