We support all children, celebrating their individuality while believing that "We are all Springfield!" We challenge children to recognise and meet their full potential through a creative curriculum using local and global resources. We welcome visits to the school and encourage parents to become members of the school Governing Body. Springfield is a community school and we are proud of the wide range of backgrounds and cultures from which our families come.
Services
The aims of the Trust are to support each school to become outstanding by strengthening our ability to work together, developing staff experience and expertise, share resources and skill across our schools and increase levels of aspirations across our school communities. All these activities are designed to raise levels of performance and attainment across our schools and to enrich the school experience of our pupils.
We aim to create a learning community at Springfield that is both safe and supportive; a place where respect is shown to all, by all. In order to achieve this, we will continue to raise pupil's achievement and improve the quality of teaching so that greater proportions are outstanding. We want every child to achieve to their full potential and leave this school fully prepared for the next stage of their educational journey.
Recently, the Library leaders visited the Schools' library service to choose books for the KS2 library. Jayne Crawshaw and the team at the library made us all feel so welcome. There were thousands of books for us to choose from and we were really excited to see that they had lots of books from some of our favourite authors.
Sheffield Children's University is all about encouraging participation in high quality learning beyond the classroom. We think learning can happen anywhere and it should be challenging, rewarding and most of all, FUN! To ensure our children and young people can continue to learn and collect CU credits for their efforts, we have started to share some CU challenges that children and young people can complete at home.

Honestly this is the worst school. The teachers are vile and stuck up and the year office is always busy so none of my problems are solved so I have to sit in lessons upset and distracted from my work. The school really need to get their act together or basically everyone will be moving to another school

Not happy with my child being at this school. He has been placed there by children services eastleigh , and both parties have been covering up my son being severly bullied by
other pupils , and when I try to have meetings regarding my sons homophobic bulling , the school and child services refuse to acknowledge the situation and hide the fact , because they have a reputation to uphold, 7 times now, he has been punched , kicked down stairs , spat at and called homophobic names, im getting in contact with the school authorities , to hope to get a stop to this, Shaun Engert , from eastleigh hants
