The well being of our staff and student community continues to be really important to us, that's why we've been busy making the studio safe - the studio is being cleaned before every class and we now have a one way system in place. Services
The Yoga Rooms is an inviting and inclusive space where you can find calm amongst the noise of everyday life. We believe yoga and pilates are for everybody, and since opening our doors in 2008, have welcomed babies, older folks and everyone in between, regardless of size, gender, ethnicity, flexibility or level of fitness.
All our classes are taught live by qualified instructors, so just choose the class and time that suits you and book on directly. You will then be sent instructions via email on how to get set up and tips for how best to practise at home. You just need an internet connected device with video capabilities eg.
Workshops are like an extended version of a class, focusing on a specific theme or style of yoga. They're a fun opportunity to experiment and learn something new. Our yoga workshops all take place at the Chorlton studio and can either be booked through this website or the teacher - details can be found on the individual workshop page.

I've started my course now and I am very pleased with it. The teaching is good, the equipment excellent - I feel no urge to bring my own mat next time - and the room was warmer this time and with a good positive vibe.
I learnt a new pose and new variation, which I'm pleased about after 12 years of yoga practice. There was a nice yoga nidra session (exploratory yoga for the mind) and an interesting concept of writing down your emotions in adjectives, before, during and after practice.
Only downer is that the class could have used some music, it was again a little hard to be in the zone
