Founded in 2011, we believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and optimum health. These feelings inform and guide our core teachings and practices at Natural Balance Pilates, as we focus on helping clients better connect to themselves and their surroundings. We offer a variety of services, classes, workshops, and more to help all of our clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.

We are SO excited to announce our first ever retreat! And where else but Ibiza;- Experience exercise, relaxation, sunshine, nutrition and laughter, and come back feeling re-energised. Services
We have been established as one of the primary Pilates and Yoga studios in the North West since 2010. At Natural Balance Pilates, we keep class sizes small to ensure individual support and attention. Working closely with GPs and other local medical professionals to bring you the best care possible.
Pilates mat classes are great for strengthening the 'core' (including pelvic floor, deep abdominals, back and glutes), but also for toning and rebalancing the rest of the body. Classes are mixed ability and exercises are modified to suit individual strength, ability and any physical limitations. We focus on correct breathing and alignment and students are encouraged to 'listen to their own body' and not push it beyond where it's comfortable.

A 20 min seated massage to balance the body and mind. Upper back, neck and head massage to relieve tension&stress, can help promote hair growth and a healthy scalp. Deep Pressure Massage for sports men and women and people with active lifestyles. Helps muscle repair by increasing blood flow, transporting oxygen & nutrients to the affected area.
If you are new to Pilates or have an injury or medical condition, we require you to have a 1:1 'Getting Started' session first. This allows us to do a full postural assessment and take you through the basic Pilates moves so that you feel more comfortable that you know what you're doing, before joining a class.

I have been attending a Pilates class once a week for about 3 years, I can not recommend it highly enough, the standard of the teachers is very high. I don't like exercise classes and so have never stuck at any in the past, I am in my mid 50's, but I love my Wednesday night class and although I can't really afford as I am on a low income, I always find the money to do it because I love it and it helps my back and posture so much. Highly recommended

I had been attending Natural Balance Pilates for over two years, the impact it has had on my posture and relief from hip pain has been amazing. Pilates makes you feel strong. Due to work changes , I am now going to Friday night Barre class (when I get there). Fantastic class, which is making me stronger and toned - love it.

Having had a number of musculoskeletal problems in recent years I wanted to explore whether Pilates could help. My initial 1:1 starter session here combined a thorough assessment with carefully paced exercises and "homework" to help address specific issues. My instructor is friendly, knowledgable and encouraging. I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely studio.

Amazing studio with such positive results!
I started attending regular Pilates sessions at Natural Balance shortly after the birth of my second baby, when my fitness was at an all time low and I was still suffering with various post natal niggles.
The attentive classes with such knowledgable staff has offered me results I didn't think were possible. I have regained my strength, posture and most of all my confidence. I cannot recommend this studio enough...even managed to get my Hubby and my Dad hooked and now attending regularly! Thank you x

I have been attending pilates classes at this studio since it opened 6 years ago. The classes are beneficial and enjoyable with skilled instructors in Amanda and Sam and I have benefited greatly in overall muscle tone and flexibility. I cannot recommend this studio highly enough
