By 2015, after years of dedication and seriously hard work, I had established what I thought was my dream career in wild cat conservation. However, life doesn't always go to plan and, for various work and personal reasons, I was approaching burn out.
Knowing that something had to change, I decided to step away from conservation work for a while and, instead, took the opportunity to immerse myself more fully in yoga practice and philosophy by taking the plunge and signing up for my yoga teacher training. The training was extremely intense but a wonderful experience and I began teaching as soon as I got back to the UK early in 2016.

I teach two types of Vinyasa-based classes, Pose by Pose classes and Restorative Yoga classes. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, creative style of yoga in which asanas (poses) are linked together in sequences or 'flows' and movements are made in time with the breath. With Vinyasa Yoga, each teacher brings their own personality and preferences to their sequencing and style, meaning that vinyasa classes vary widely and wonderfully.
This course will provide you with the 'Foundations for Flow'. It is perfect for those who have never practiced yoga before or for those wanting to refine and explore the variety within their flow-based practice. Overall, this course will leave you feeling empowered.
You will be able to attend yoga classes with greater confidence, knowing that you have the foundational knowledge and experience to practice flow-based yoga in a way that is right for you and feels oh so good. The course will involve four sessions, held on consecutive Sundays in October (full details below).

Love these classes with Chloe. Very relaxed and I enjoy the weekly areas of focus. It links the two classes I attend together really well.
Mental health is always a factor in the classes and the focus is on finding a comfortable stretch or pose, not pushing your body too hard. This allows a natural progression and development rather than one that is forced.
I've been attending twice a week now on zoom since September and it's one of the things that has got me through lockdown.
Thank you Chloe

I had never done yoga in my life before attending Chloe's classes at Blean but I decided to give it a go upon hearing that it can help with flexibility which I have always struggled with. After 4 months of attending, I no longer feel like a beginner. Chloe and all the other participants in the class made me feel so relaxed and welcome. She always… makes it clear what to do, the classes are always structured and she makes it fun at the same time which you wouldn't expect from a more peaceful form of exercise like yoga. I can now touch my toes which seems like a small thing but when you are

I love my Wednesdays thanks to Tigris Yoga! It centres my crazy week and is my precious time out. Every lesson works on something different, challenges you, yet calms the mind to leave you feeling wonderfully energised. The class is perfect for all standards, set in beautiful Whitstable Castle, and I really can't recommend it enough. ✌ x
