The slow, deep stretch. Holding poses for between 2-5mins, we relax the body, strengthen joints and release any stuck energy. Whether a flow, mandala, rocket or ashtanga class - these forms of vinyasa yoga link movements with the breath in a sequence that will leave you energised. A guided, lying-down meditation often nicknamed dynamic or 'psychic' sleep for its ability to take people into a 'dreamlike' state of awareness.

Four times more restful than sleep with many healing benefits. Whether you consider yourself spiritual or are looking to move, stretch and forget the world for a moment - there is a yoga practice for everyone and every need. I hope to bring healing ways from the past back into our modern day.

Was really intimidated by the thought of starting yoga - and then I found this place! Very down-to-earth, knowledgeable and fun teachers who offer a variety of classes for every level.

Fantastic place to do yoga and such a lovely warm environment. There's a great range of classes/times to suit too, and the tutors are very patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
