Thanks for dropping into my little virtual corner of the world. I hope you find something here that engages you and ultimately helps you to transform and grow. From an early age I had a strong inner awareness that the sole purpose in being here was to 'evolve spiritually'. Its taken 30 years of personal exploration to bring me to a point where I begin to know myself, in my true essence, and thus find a point of balance from which to view all things.

In the West we often think of Yoga as a purely physical practice and of course Yoga is an amazing way to 'exercise' your body. It makes you feel great physically and mentally: cleanses the body; tones the muscles and the internal organs; benefits the circulatory system; improves breathing capacity; and regulates blood pressure.
By Arrangement - One-to-One Yoga - via Zoom or In Person. Ideal for anyone new to yoga who wants to explore what yoga has to offer in the comfort of your own home, or for existing students looking to refine their practice. One-to-one sessions can also be beneficial for anyone facing physical challenges who need a carefully-adapted practice under the guidance of an experienced teacher.
Here's a flavour of what you can expect. A time to nurture and share in joyful awakening to the presence of our own Divine Heart. Each day we will have meditation, a yoga class, exploration of bhakti yoga teachings and practices, kirtan, time spent in nature, nourishing meals prepared by the ashram staff, plus free time to explore the town and surrounding countryside.
We are not going to change the whole world, but we can change ourselves and feel free as birds. We can be serene even in the midst of calamities and, by our serenity, make others more tranquil. I am offering live and recorded online Yoga Classes 3 times a week via Zoom, and a Meditation and Mindfulness group.
Reiki is a way of sending healing energy into your own body, or someone else's. Coming from a Japanese Buddhist tradition, this Reiki energy is all around us, all the time. When you take a Reiki Healing course the teacher 'attunes' you (tunes you in) so you can pick up the energy and use it. Its useful as a healing tool, but it will also transform your perspective on life.
