This Yoga & Mindfulness day retreat has been lovingly created to provide you with comfort, warmth, support, guidance, grounding, reflection, peace and love. This Warmth and Wellness Day Retreat is a chance to focus on you, take some time for some self-care and rejuvenation, you will strengthen and nourish your body and soul within an environment of care, support and friendship.
This is a great way to learn yoga, whether you're a complete beginner or have an existing practice, private tuition has many benefits. It is especially good if you are recovering from an injury, are a little nervous about yoga or want to overcome a specific obstacle. Zoe will create a yoga practice specifically designed for you, she will give you a yoga plan to follow so you have something to work on before your next session.
If you are not ready to come back to classes in the studio, I will still be Live Streaming the following classes on Zoom. You will need to download the Zoom app onto your laptop or iPhone/ iPad. You will be sent a link to the class via your email when you book onto the class. Please could you also agree to the Legal disclaimer (it will be sent to you along with the link) before attending your first online class.
Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Yoga is a unique activity that combines a variety of asanas on the water. It is easy to learn and great fun, making it accessible to anyone who wants to try it. Numbers will be limited to 10 people each session, so booking is essential to save your space. Nurturing, funny and sensitive to each individual's stage in the journey, Zoe is a great teacher and I feel blessed to attend her sessions.
The Yoga Trapeze is a suspension yoga system great for back pain, core strength, functional upper body strength, balance and flexibility. Using the Trapeze, you get the benefits of both normal yoga and inversion therapy. The combination of exercises is literally endless as the Trapeze features three rubber-grip handles to accommodate any yoga position.

I honestly couldn't recommend anyone more highly! I was fortunate enough to be able to join Zoe's retreat in Sri Lanka earlier this year, which was beyond anything I'd imagined 💕 Zoe is such a knowledgeable teacher, I have learnt so much from her but also she's an absolute gem of a human being with a heart of gold. I've followed her to Majorca and Sri Lanka now and I look forward to the next wherever that may be! Thank you Zoe! 💞

I started going to Zoe's classes about 9 years ago and it's transformed me in so many ways. She's a great teacher, thorough, inspirational and very knowledgeable. My yoga practice has gone from strength to strength, my back pain has cleared and I'm more flexible in my 40s than I was in my 20s. I can't recommend yoga with Zoe enough. It'll change your life in so many positive ways!
