The health and safety of our students and staff is our top priority, we continually monitor advice from The Government and Public Health England so that when you practise with us you do so with the knowledge that all guidelines for social distancing, safety, hygiene and cleanliness are being met if not exceeded.

With 15 different types of classes, 37 classes a week and hot, cool and warm styles to choose, we've got it all from Bikram to Aerial to Yin. Classes available In Studio via Livestream and On Demand. Yoga Lounge Bournemouth is a place to release the stress of every day and return ourselves to our natural relaxed and happy state.
Services
Amber opened yoga lounge in 2012 when the rat race of London became too much and a life by the seaside beckoned. Since then she has added four children and three dogs to her ever busy yet happy life. You'll find Amber teaching or practising hot yoga, working away at her desk or on mum duties in equal measures.
For Livestream once you've booked in for class you'll receive an invite via email to join the live session around half an hour before class starts. In Studio classes have a 6 hour cancellation window, due to the current reduced studio capacity please note there will be a 15 no show/late cancel fee after this time.
You do not need to have previous yoga experience to try any of the classes with Yoga Lounge. Yoga can be a daily practice. The more often you come to class, the quicker you will see results and benefits. At least 3-4 times per week is recommended to see real changes. All classes will bring stillness and clarity of mind.
We're here to help you achieve your health, wellbeing and lifestyle goals, and we believe the first step is working out exactly what they are and setting the intention.

Aerial Yoga is an innovative type of Yoga using a low hanging, soft suspended fabric hammock to aid traditional yoga postures by supporting your body weight. The weight of the body is supported, encouraging students to achieve more aligned postures through relaxation and breathing.

I spending time in Bournemouth and as is a bit rainy I decided to go for yoga.This place been recomend by my 2 friends so I went to try.I'm new to hot yoga so why not to try this for first time.OMG my body sweat and was crying sweat :)
Such a friendly people on reception answered all my quastions booked for all classes I wanted to.
I was able to borrow matt and towell and I'm planing to visit for more classs following days I stay in Bournemouth.

There is always a class when I want to go and lots of different types of yoga available to keep it fresh. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and seem to enjoy developing us yogis. Highly recommended.

This is the best yoga studio I have ever been too. They have everything. The instructors are phenomenal, they are coronavirus safe and accomodating - online classes and in studio.
I thought yoga was just something my mum did but honestly it's not an integral part of my life. I am so much stronger emotionally and physically and that comes from the lounge.
It's the best exercise space I've ever found and the nicest people.
I cannot recommend highly enough

Good place, quite expensive though if you buy a single session.
I would give 5 stars, but there is no proper hygiene, like the hammocks can smell and I think need to be washed more often. Also the floor in the cold yoga room is always dirty and the carpet always has someone’s hair. As people step on it without shoes and socks, it has to be clean to prevent fungi infection. Hope they will keep this room hygiene and will pay more attention to it.

Love this studio - Amber who owns the studio and is a fantastic teacher is amazing. They have done a great job on the reopen today - it all feels very safe and I felt well cared for. Lovely family feeling studio x

I have been coming to yoga lounge since the year after it opened. I really love the different types of yoga available. All the teachers are great, the atmosphere amazing and really friendly. Has become a home from home!

I LOVE this place! I was given a 30 day pass for Christmas and was a bit apprehensive about trying it out initially. I needn’t have worried, as soon as I arrived for my first class I felt so welcome and Darren explained to me how everything worked and where everything was. I did 2 classes on that Saturday morning and after that I was hooked! The teachers are fantastic and have really pushed me and supported me and the other members have all been friendly and welcoming too.
Despite living an hour away I have now taken out a membership and spend every Saturday morning here. I wish I lived nearer

Yoga lounge is an amazing place with incredible peeps. My husbands back and shoulder aches improved so much.I love the variety of classes and teachers. We are super happy that we have yoga in our life.
