Every circle is different although there are key elements which are the anchor points for our practice. At every circle we come together, move, meditate, share and create. Each session centres around a different theme which we explore and express through nurturing practices. Often we move to music, in organic dance or we may practice yoga or another body-oriented practice.
Join us for a regular practice as we gather together online. This is a weekly space in which you can take time to anchor within, move your body, regulate your nervous system and rest in presence. These yoga classes are strengthening and stretching by nature. Sessions are for individuals or groups. All classes can be tailored to suit your needs and can be a one-off session or regular event, whether shared with friends, family or colleagues.
Kahuna is a traditional form of Hawaiian massage. It is a nurturing practice which uses flowing rhythmic strokes over the body, like gentle ocean waves. The therapist uses forearms to work deeply, yet gently, into muscles. Kahuna promotes deep relaxation and relieves stress. It is excellent for both releasing muscular and emotional tension.
