I discovered the wonderful benefits of yoga in the late nineties, at a time in my life when I was in need of a little direction. It has since been my constant companion and teacher, there is always something new to learn on this endless journey of discovery. I went on to complete a teacher training diploma in 2001 so that I might share the wonders of yoga with others.
Massage therapy has also played a healing part in my life, so seemed like the natural next step in my career. I have been delighted to offer a variety of treatments since my first training in Thai massage in 2006, including 8 years as the Aromatherapy massage therapist at the Beacon Centre in Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton.

Yoga is the union of physical body with the mind and spirit; it has existed in some form for thousands of years. Hatha yoga is the type of yoga most practiced in the west and focusing mostly on the physical body, involves the yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation/meditation techniques. This class is for those wishing to take their practice a little further or for beginners with a moderate level of fitness.
