Wonderful You Yoga
At the start of a Yoga class you are often asked to 'Set an intention' for your practice. This could be to become more flexible, to lessen the stress in your daily life, better health, to lose weight, rehabilitation from injury. the list is endless. Whatever your intention for starting Yoga you are starting at the perfect place for you.

Yoga is an effective, low-impact form of exercise that involves integration of every muscle, organ, and cell of the body, bringing balance to body and mind. Yoga is a practice that combines stretching, controlled breathing, and relaxation. Yoga helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve heart function, and calms body, mind, and spirit.

I have only started going to this yoga studio recently and I am glad I found it! It is a really pleasant and relaxed environment. Gail's classes are well put together and just the right challenge. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice, relaxed studio in Southport.

Love it. Great little, intimate studio with friendly and knowledgeable instructors. Perfect for beginners but also those who have done yoga before. I can speak from experience that you don't need to be bendy! Gail is amazing and the new instructors have added an extra dimension to allow participants try something new. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed first session. Went downhill with my second visit. Made a booking in person after first session under impression it was ok only to receive a text on day of next session asking if I still wanted to attend class as someone had cancelled . Could have been embarrasing.
