We are a family run, friendly and relaxed Yoga, Pilates, Barre & Meditation studio, based in Crosby/Waterloo, Liverpool. We also run regular (women only) counsellor led therapeutic personal development sessions and courses. Services
Hot yoga is the practice of yoga and the integration of body, breath and mind in a heated room. During a hot yoga class you will perform a series of yoga postures with the intention of increasing strength, balance, flexibility and mental focus.
Hot Power Yoga (at our studio) is fundamentally body weight postures (exercises) such as plank, standing postures and repeated increased, connected movement, linked with breath, and practised in our hot room.On a physical basis, it is very much much about building strength and stamina and also involves core work.

We have monthly membership options ranging from 40 to 90, which only require 3 days notice to cancel. Alternatively you can buy bundles of classes in packs of 10 or 20 which significantly reduce the drop in price of 11. All options and information are set out below. Our ROOT monthly membership is for you if you only intend to come to class once per week but don't want to make the commitment of purchasing a 10 or 20 class package.
Small, group sessions led by Counsellor Joanne and supported by studio owner and yoga teacher Kate. These sessions are for women who want to unpick the threads of our choices, reactions, patterns, coping mechanisms and relationships (to ourselves and to others). Taking place in our relaxed and welcoming reception space, these sessions are an opportunity to come together with like minded women in a deeply reflective study of the self.
All of our classes are 'beginner friendly' however if you sometimes find the idea of jumping straight in to things a bit intimidating then please do sign up for a beginners course at our relaxed, friendly and welcoming studio in Crosby/Waterloo, Liverpool. You don't need fancy clothes, you don't need to be flexible.
