We believe a Yoga studio and Wellness Centre is best run by people who are passionate about yoga and wellbeing. At the Yoga Hub we love the vibe because we are passionate about what we do. Our aim is to create a warm and calming space to allow our yogi's and guests to relax and make the positive changes they seek.

We like to think of ourselves as more of a family of yoga teachers, therapists, and a life-coach/hypnotherapist/Counsellor. As professionals we share a common interest in helping you reach your goals, whatever they may be. We are here to listen and assist you on your journey towards a healthier and happier you.
Located in the heart Liverpool City Centre on Old Hall Street, (see contact us) our studio has been purposely designed and built to provide a relaxing, comfortable and safe environment where you can enjoy yoga and wellness activities. The studio benefits from being in a busy pedestrian location, yet without the disturbing noise of traffic.
You have probably guessed from the name, the way in which hot yoga differs from other forms of yoga is that classes are performed in temperatures that are as high as 105 degrees fahrenheit. The overall aims are the same; to increase flexibility, improve posture and achieve all over body conditioning.
If you love an all-over deep stretch and a great sweat, then you will love Hot Yoga. Classes are taught in a heated purpose built studio where overhead infrared heating panels are used to create intense sauna like conditions of 105 degrees. The heat should dramatically improve your flexibility allowing you to move deeper into the postures.

Only number available doesn’t work. Enquiry form sent FOUR times. No other email details or other means of contact. Attempted contact over 2 months without success. Only get a response when I Used google. Been A loyal and supportive advocate for this business for years. Is it a shame? Yes indeed. Never given a bad public review so very sad. Yoga gets 5 stars.

I went to Yoga hub a while ago and used Groupon but never got a chance to give a review, I've noticed they put up the same offer so wanted to write an honest review.
As a voucher holder you can't book onto every class (I was told there are so many groupon slots) and most of the rooms are ridiculously squashed and overbooked anyway. As a result instead of receiving 8 sessions I received 3! Nobody ever apologised for this, I never received any type of compensation and I was unable to get the rest of my classes!
There really isn't much room for error or alteration if you have any joint issues in

When I was out drinking every weekend to the point where I blacked out, it has bad effects on you in every way, especially your mental health, I was depressed everyday with these deep dark thoughts in my mind, i was moving from family member to another because I kept arguing with them. Then one day I seen on YouTube yoga aligning to the source which was a documentary about yoga, I have never been interested in anything more in my life, so then I went to the Sunday class and when I came out a lightbulb hit, I felt like everything went away and I was healed, it has helped me to stay away from things
