At Planet Yoga, we make yoga accessible to everyone by offering a wide variety of yoga styles, for beginners to more advanced students, both in a hot and a non-hot environment. This is reflected in our comprehensive timetable. Each teacher at Planet puts their own spin and personality into the class providing you with an authentic yoga practice where you can feel all the benefits yoga has to offer your mind, body and soul.
Start your yoga journey with our 3 week beginner's course. For those of you who have never stepped on a mat before, or maybe you want to refresh your practice - our beginners course has gained a reputation as one of the very best to attend. With such a wide range of workshops, events and courses on offer our mantra 'More than just a Yoga Studio' more than delivers.
I am a qualified sports massage therapist also incorporating certain osteopathic techniques, dry cupping and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM) into my sessions when needed. Massage and movement are key to muscular health and I am a firm believer that regular massage plays a huge role in injury prevention as well as aiding recovery post workout.
