At this time Witton Surgery consisted of just the ground floor of 29 Preston Old Road and in 1988 the first floor of 29 Preston Old Road was also taken over by the surgery giving us a small Administration Office, Kitchen area, Consulting Rooms 2 and 3, enabling downstairs to be transformed into a Reception Area, Waiting Area, Consulting Room 1 and a larger Treatment Room.

Get a medical certificate from your GP or hospital doctor (this is necessary to register the death). If the death has been reported to the coroner (or Procurator Fiscal in Scotland) they must give permission before registering the death. You can register the death if you are a relative, a witness to the death, a hospital administrator or the person making the arrangements with the funeral directors.
You might have tried to quit smoking before and not managed it, but don't let that put you off. Look back at the things your experience has taught you and think about how you're really going to do it this time. Whenever you find yourself in difficulty, say to yourself, "I won't even have a single drag", and stick with this until the cravings pass.

There is unacceptable conduct of duty by the doctors and management as they deny treating the patient . My daughter had medical problem in her eye which was alarming due to swelling and redness and pain for several days and started to deteriorate . my daughter contacted the center asking to be seen and to have a treatment but she was asked to go to a pharmacy . The pharmacy apologized to treat my daughter as they are not doctors and such thing is not their duty and they advised her to be treated by the doctor . next day daughter contacted the GP and he refused to treat her . The GP asked her to

The receptionist staff is a joke. I have been calling to make an urgent appointment since 8:20. I called 149 times and every time I get “user busy”. I honestly doubt that they are constantly on the phone. Have tried calling from 2 different phone numbers. Definitely don’t recommend this GP if you need urgent appointments.
UPDATE- it’s now 9:36, still no answer and called 200 times! USER STILL BUSY. we were told by the hospital to make an appointment today with the GP, however it’s impossible to actually get them to answer the phone.

In the past week i have ordered my prescription five times, and still haven't received all the medication i need afterrepeatedly telling them i need it. Always being sent the wrongedication as well as vitaedicationbeing missing. The doctors are rude and very petty. They stopped my mirtazapinr because i wasn't attending appointments due to serious illness, so had a hard time withdrawing off that and even felt suicidal. This clinic is run by lazy and childish doctors and receptionists alike. They try blaming me for my illnesses, yet all they ever do is make me extremely ill. I'm reporting them for
