Staff employed have experience of working in acute, rehabilitation, forensic environments, and have worked with psychiatric, learning disability. Any man or woman between the ages of 18 and 65 (and older if physically manageable in a care home setting) and diagnosed with mental health issues by specialist psychiatric team.

The prospectus seeks to offer information to service users, organisations, agencies and significant others, who are interested in using our services.
Services
Waterfield Supported Home Ltd aims to provide a therapeutic and safe environment, conducive to the personal development of the patients who display challenging behaviours. The Care team at Waterfield Supported Home will work with other members of the CMHTS to promote high standards of clinical care and practice according to individual needs.
Staff aides are provided for all residents to ensure safe passages to appointments and group outings. All residents receive individual support in managing their finance and achieving economic well-being. Residents who are eager to develop their spiritual life are supported and encouraged throughout their personal journey.
Any man or woman between the ages of 18 and 65 and older (including over 65s), diagnosed with mental health issues (including Dementia) is deemed eligible to apply for placement. The individual must have undergone the process of treatment and rehabilitation and is deemed ready for reintegration into the community as informal individuals (or with guardianship order).
We are keen to make our caring environment as "home-like" as possible. However, there are compromises that must be made in that we are also a workplace and, therefore, are subject to various legal obligations and duties of care.
